We visited this restaurant and the experience was flawless from start to finish. We started with the house appetizers: a variety of authentic, fresh, and carefully presented flavors that perfectly prepared the palate.
The real star of the evening, however, was the main course: we ordered the flambéed meat. It wasn't just dinner, but a true spectacle! Seeing the preparation at the table adds a touch of charm and skill that makes the meal memorable. The meat was incredibly tender, of the highest quality, and cooked to perfection, with that unique aroma that only the flambé technique can provide.

Sent by an acquaintance from Gioia del Colle... Coming from Milan, I've eaten at several restaurants, all of them good... but here I have to admit, the quality of the products is truly excellent. It's worth a visit... it wasn't crowded because it was around Easter Monday. So everything we ate was carefully prepared and well-made, the cured meats definitely worth trying. It's a shame it was closed on Easter Monday. I would definitely return.

A spacious, welcoming, clean restaurant decorated in a local style. Traditional Apulian dishes are served. The tasting menu is highly recommended, featuring a variety of hot and cold appetizers with generous portions and a wide variety of flavors. The first courses are truly excellent, especially the maritati with grass pea purée, sausage, mushrooms, and fried bread.
A good wine selection and fast, attentive service. The price is reasonable, consistent with the offerings.

The elegant and welcoming setting immediately captivated me and made me feel at ease.
The friendly and approachable staff guided us through the daily à la carte menu and the selection of local wines.
Everything was delicious and locally sourced, as can be seen from the carefully plated appetizers, all reminiscent of excellent traditional Apulian cuisine.
Savoring the treasures of the region in a rustic setting that perfectly suits the setting is, I think, one of the things this place can boast about.
I'll gladly return very soon.

What can I say? Everything, absolutely everything, was top notch.
We just had lunch at this beautiful restaurant, very elegant and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the food was excellent—everything was top-notch.
It will become a must-visit for us as soon as we return to this area.
