06/09/2025: I have to say I ate really well. Although the menu was a bit too varied for the standard printed paper tablecloth, it surprised me. The service was basic but attentive, and the interior is well-stocked and not overly chaotic. If you overlook the minimal table setting, you'll be amazed.

Cibo ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi, l’immancabile Vermentino e dulcis in fundo una prelibatezza ai 3 cioccolati veramente deliziosa. Servizio curato, camerieri sempre disponibili e preparati. Rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto. Ci torneremo!

02/08/2025: Il ristorante è poco sopra Porto Cervo in una posizione dominante con una splendida vista mare. Ambiente molto curato ed elegante ma l’accoglienza è assolutamente discreta e mai sopra le righe. La qualità del pesce di assoluta eccellenza, la presentazione dei piatti e la cucina altrettanto. Lista vini ampia con un doveroso riguardo al territorio ma con scelta comunque molto ampia. Conto assolutamente corretto per la qualità offerta. Speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno!

The food is top-quality, perfectly cooked, with surprising twists, creating a harmony of refined and carefully balanced flavors! We enjoyed the truly excellent five-course tasting menu. The wine selection is highly refined, with a focus on local produce and small, niche producers. The dining room staff is knowledgeable and empathetic, attentive to every detail, making guests feel cared for and pampered! Highly recommended!

Our waitress, Katja, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and created a truly welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and lovingly prepared. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the value for money was absolutely perfect. A café that I can only recommend – I'd love to come back! And a huge thank you to Katja, please stay as friendly as you are.

As soon as you sit down, you already feel a bit like you're on vacation, even though you're just steps from home. The atmosphere is just right: relaxed yet refined, with attention to detail. The menu seems designed to impress without overdoing it: dishes that win you over at first bite, fresh ingredients treated with respect, and that dose of creativity that makes you say, "Okay, I'll be back." The wine? An excellent evening companion, carefully selected and served without pretension. It's one of those restaurants that doesn't just feed you, but makes you leave feeling like you've spent some quality time. In short: Pigneto has many faces, but this is definitely one of the most beautiful. I'll definitely be back!! Congratulations!

01/09/2025: A very welcoming place with Lucrezia's smile, and Daniele at the table recommending dishes to guests. We trusted him with the choice of dishes. The first courses were delicious: "Pasta nera" (with squid ink and fish) and the pizza with pumpkin, porcini mushrooms, and salami. Everything was delicious. Kudos to the entire staff at Osteria Gabossi! I recommend it to anyone visiting Boario Terme.
