The restaurant next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is very traditional. The service is good and the atmosphere is lovely. The gnocchi were very special, the prosciutto was delicious, and the truffle risotto had a strong, rich flavor.

I got the Amatriciana to go and ate it at home; the service was very friendly. The pizza is salty for a Korean palate (it feels like you're chewing salt), but it is delicious.

29/04/2026: I bought three Tuscan salamis from this shop before leaving. My only regret is not buying more. They're truly excellent; we've tasted a lot of salamis, but these are on another level.

21/02/2026: The atmosphere is rustic and just as described. The schiacciata was plentiful and made with delicious ingredients. I didn't even have to wait in line to be served. They just need more places to eat. Affordable price for a schiacciata.
15/02/2026: A typical place, with local products and warm schiacciatas. Highly recommended. Friendly owner, unbeatable prices, and the schiacciata is large and filling.
