We had such a wonderful time at Schloss Rametz! We ordered the beef tartare and the pasta with prawn tartare, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The food was of exceptional quality, the atmosphere was lovely, the views were beautiful, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
Dominic was serving us tonight - he was great and made our experience so special!

The star rating indicates that, as has been the case for years, we feel comfortable at Restaurant Rametz. This applies to both the ambiance and the preparation of the food. It's good and lives up to its good reputation.
Nevertheless, I have a criticism. A restaurant like Rametz, which isn't exactly low-class in terms of either its offerings or its price level, should at least offer a standard bottled mineral water. However, if tap water is offered and then charged at €5, I find that this doesn't reflect the restaurant's professionalism and gives it a whiff of greed.

The food was extremely delicious and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the restaurant lacks staff. The owner and one employee tried their best to compensate for the shortage.

We absolutely loved our dinner at Schloss Remetz. We wanted to escape the just ok food at our overpriced hotel in the area and found such a hidden gem. The ambiance of the restaurant is just adorable and the food is even better. I’ll be dreaming of the ravioli. The chef is also a great guy and was running around waiting tables as well. You can tell there is passion behind the menu and service. We will be back next time we visit the Dolomites!

We had dinner at this restaurant. The location is beautiful, next to the Rametz Castle Wine Museum. The service was excellent – the staff were friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic – you really get something special here!

We went there with my wife for my birthday. The service staff was very attentive, and we received excellent service throughout. The food was simply divine.
