Excellent restaurant, in a refined setting with an outdoor space, excellent dishes, and interesting off-menu options. I highly recommend it and will return at my first opportunity.

The menu is already quite extensive, complemented by some very interesting "off-menu" options. My wife and I found the dishes we enjoyed today to be truly excellent. We've also been to "Le Viole" on other occasions with complete satisfaction.
The owner has been managing the dining room for years, while her husband (we glimpsed) runs the kitchen.
We also appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the table service staff.
In the summer, we love the welcoming and cool outdoor seating.

A pleasant discovery! We stopped here as a stop on a long road trip and had a wonderful time. Quality ingredients presented in thoughtful and well-balanced dishes. Definitely recommended!! The hospitality and friendliness complete the culinary experience. If we were to return to this area, we would definitely choose it again!

My favorite restaurant in Parma! I go there often with my boyfriend; we recently had dinner there last Saturday to celebrate his birthday. We had the off-menu duck, a pasta dish with white ragù, and pumpkin and bacon gnocchi. Everything was delicious, as always, and the wine selection, especially the Friulian ones, is top notch.

My husband and I visited this trattoria for the first time, after hearing about it all along. My expectations were amply confirmed. Traditional Parma dishes are perfectly revisited, with interesting off-menu options. The wine list is excellent, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the owners are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't yet had the opportunity to try this trattoria.
