One of the most amazing seafood pasta i ever had

We had a truly memorable time at Al Tuguri. The seafood risotto was simply divine: perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. You can immediately tell the chef is genuinely passionate; his talent is incredible! The service was impeccable from start to finish, with an attentive and welcoming team. And to top it all off, the dessert was wonderful, a perfect ending to the meal. A must-visit if you're looking for excellence. We will definitely be back!

We discovered this restaurant by chance, and upon entering, we found a tastefully renovated establishment. We received a very warm welcome from the charming owner. The food was delicious, and the chef-owner cooked the fish to perfection. We had a wonderful time and have already booked for the day after tomorrow. Last Saturday, my wife and I decided to try this historic restaurant in our city, and it was a wonderful discovery! The location is typical of the historic center, very charming. The service is very professional and welcoming. The cuisine is predominantly local but with a touch of modern flair, using quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The chef is truly skilled because he knows how to showcase the dishes without giving in to the temptation to overdo it, pairing the flavors perfectly. We chose the five-course tasting menu and couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you for a wonderful evening, we can't wait to come back :)

My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance during a short weekend in Alghero. We couldn't have found a better trattoria. Everything is special; the ambiance is meticulously designed, enhancing the historic location with contemporary artwork by local artists. The cuisine is Michelin-starred. Excellent ingredients are paired with typical aromas and flavors that only the skill and sensitivity of a great chef can create. We ordered: melted artichoke heart, creamed roasted potatoes with saffron, fennel gratin with herbs; Braised octopus on a cream of celeriac, sautéed chard leaves; fresh pasta risotto with saffron and a reduction of rock fish broth; red shrimp marinated in citrus fruits and bottarga; and finally, a cloud of white myrtle tiramisu. I recommend the tasting menu to try multiple dishes because they are all worth trying.

On a romantic family weekend, we went to this restaurant, which was a wonderful discovery! We even ordered the lunch menu and were very pleased! Typical Sardinian cuisine, with such friendly staff that we'll definitely be back when we return to Alghero!
