I stopped for a quick gelato and was quite satisfied. Not the best gelato I've ever had, but it was decent. I found the pistachio flavor a bit too creamy and the dark chocolate not very creamy. The staff was friendly and helpful. An interesting place. I'll definitely try it again if I ever return to Florence, but only as an aperitif/post-dinner treat.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant in Florence. The food was incredible — authentic, flavorful, and easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Italy. What really made the experience special was the atmosphere and service. It felt less like eating at a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone’s home for a homemade meal.
The inside is cozy and homely, with a warm local feel. Ricardo took great care of us and made the experience even better. The menu was entirely in Italian, and he patiently explained everything to us, gave recommendations, and made us feel completely comfortable.
Highly recommend if you want authentic Italian food and genuinely welcoming hospitality.

A large cup of iced Americano is cheap at 3 euros, but the gelato isn't very good. It tastes bad. I don't recommend the gelato...

The service was very quick. Everyone was very kind and pleasant and the food was amazing. We had lunch and affogato. This is one of the best places we visited in Florence!

The gelato is delicious!
There are seats outside, but be careful as it is right next to the road and it can be chaotic, and fearless sparrows might steal your food.
