Amazing restaurant tucked away down an alley. Not a tourist trap and the menu changes almost daily. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I chose this restaurant for the last dinner of our vacation, looking for a traditional place that offered fresh, friendly, and authentic food. We couldn't have made a better choice: we felt like we were dining at our grandmother's house, surrounded by kindness, empathy, and the staff's invaluable advice. The real added value, which instantly earned the restaurant a thousand points for us, was the immense attention to our needs. My wife can't eat garlic and onion (ubiquitous elements in Sicilian cuisine). The staff and chef were incredibly understanding and professional: they recommended an exceptional swordfish steak—in my wife's opinion, the most tender and delicate she'd ever eaten—and for me a traditional busiata with scampi and pistachios. The chef made my pasta completely without garlic and onion, with the sole purpose of allowing my wife to enjoy it in complete tranquility. A rare and splendid level of customer service. To round things off, we enjoyed two amazing cassatas: one classic and one with a truly amazing orange garnish! The place is small, intimate, and welcoming, and the bill was more than fair for the quality and service we received. If you're staying in Trapani, I highly recommend it... and I even more highly recommend making a reservation! You've left us with wonderful memories of your splendid city.
