Excellent and wide variety of Ethiopian cuisine and interesting selection of South African wines, undoubtedly the best Ethiopian restaurant I have ever had the opportunity to try. 02/04/2025: We went a few days ago, after hearing numerous opinions we decided to go and have our first dinner, I must say first and last time, discreet service, we took some meat which was not good at all, in addition to the raw material, the cooking was also wrong, they rudely asked us if we wanted something else but in the end we didn't change the dish. Paid a very high bill and went home very disappointed. 🙁

24/04/2025: Welcoming, very friendly staff, delicious food, excellent polenta, delicious game. Very careful for those who are gluten intolerant. For those who want to taste typical foods.

01/04/2025: Fantastic spot for coffee, drinks, lunch, or dinner! The owner is absolutely wonderful—she speaks English and is incredibly kind. We love the sandwiches and salads, and her daily specials are always a delicious treat. Highly recommend!

27/04/2025: When you don't know if the welcome or the quality of the food and service is better. Giuseppe is an excellent host and has people at his side who live their work with passion and a smile. The Baita is simply wonderful The dishes - porcini fondue polenta / porcini orecchiette peperone crusco / sausage with San Donatese spectacular. Thanks Giuseppe! ..and let's hope: see you soon! :) PS for tourists (like me): but in Calabria doesn't anyone suffer from high blood pressure? :)))

24/04/2025: The best porcini mushroom fondue of my life! A slow-cooked, n'duja-glazed pork shank, surprisingly tender and tender. Crispy, puffed peppers are very fragrant. We highly recommend this delicious stopover, where you'll receive a wonderful welcome from Giuseppe and his team!

Tutto perfetto nel servizio e nelle proposte sia quelle classiche che quelle un po' piu' originali. Rapporto qualita' prezzo giusto, il tutto in un ambiente molto curato. Complimenti al giovane Chef e a tutto lo staff!!! Consigliatissimo

22/04/2025: Tendiamo a non scrivere recensioni, ma in questo caso faremo un'eccezione perché lo chef Giampaolo merita! Oltretutto siamo clienti abituali, quindi abbiamo provato molte cose anche se abbiamo i nostri piatti preferiti: le tartare fresche e ben preparate, i crudi, i tagliolini con battuto di gamberi e tartufo o limone, una delizia davvero, la ventresca di tonno, ma anche la panificazione e i dolci, insomma tutto ottimo a 360 gradi! Anche la cantina è interessante e troviamo che vi sia un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff di sala, Raffaele in primis, è sempre pronto a rivolgerti un sorriso e a versarti il vino con gioia. Bravi tutti, ad maiora!

29/04/2025: Este pequeño restaurante con una puerta de incógnito resultó ser la mejor experiencia en todo nuestro viaje a Roma! Bien vale la pena los 30-40 minutos de espera fuera antes de que tuvieran espacio para nosotros. Teníamos bruschettas, carne y plato de queso, pasta carbonara, lasaña, pizza y una brocheta de pollo a la parrilla y ¡oh Dios mío todo estaba delicioso! ¡Tanta y tan buena comida! Esta semana fuimos a muchos buenos restaurantes, incluyendo 3 Michelins comenzados, pero todavía este era el favorito de todos ellos. 10 / 10 volvería a comer

26/01/2025: Friday 24 January, very cold and gloomy evening. We decide to try a restaurant that offers us comfort and warmth: Borgo Spoltino. We were struck by an environment whose refinement is more unique than rare, the helpful, sociable but discreet dining room staff, the splendid, kind, hospitable owner.... But a passionate mention certainly goes to chef Guerino, who manages to delight and amaze with dishes that manage to create a swirl of colors on the palate and bring back ancient memories, in which the flavors of home embrace innovation with harmonious balance! Truly a great discovery!
