The staff showed genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a true passion for delivering a memorable dining experience. We chose two standout main courses: Risotto alla Carbonara (Best Seller): A creative and technically precise reinterpretation of an Italian classic. The risotto’s creaminess, the balance between pecorino and guanciale, and the perfect texture of the rice reflect culinary mastery and a respectful yet modern approach to tradition. Homemade Potato Gnocchi: Light and velvety in texture, made with top-quality ingredients. Each bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing the freshness of the produce and the chef’s skill in blending simplicity with sophistication. The desserts maintained the high standard of the meal, with elegant presentation and well-balanced flavors. To top it all off, we were offered a homemade Limoncello as a complimentary treat, adding a final touch of authenticity and local charm. 05/06/2025: Welcome upon arrival worthy of restaurants with high prestige, high quality raw materials, well elaborated and prepared at the moment, precise, warm and attentive service. A choice of bitters, gin, rum and vodka to close the meal that has no comparison in Abruzzo. I will definitely return, thank you!

15/06/2025: Gelato shop suggested by locals I went to try a cone. I chose two flavors fiordilatte and tiramisu. The quantity is generous considering that in the area you often have less for the same price. The fiordilatte disappointed me, not very tasty I didn't taste the milk. I had a decent tiramisu. I will return to try other flavors

09/06/2025: Wir haben ein hervorragendes Nachtessen im Restaurant Matisse genosssen. Unser Tisch im idyllischen Garten war top, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam und das Essen war Weltklasse. Wir haben einen feinen Fisch, hergerichtet in Salzkruste, gegessen und dazu einen herrlichen lokalen Weisswein getrunken. Alles war sehr sehr gut und wir werden bestimmt dieses Lokal bei unseren nächsten Süditalien-Ferien wieder besuchen.
