20/09/2025: Good evening, Today I visited your McDonald's restaurant in Piazza dei Mirti and I would like to report some behavior that left me very perplexed. The manager present was extremely rude, using an unprofessional tone with both customers and employees. I noticed him speaking aggressively and using vulgar language to his colleagues. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially in a context that should ensure a respectful work environment and a positive customer experience. I hope this report can be taken into account to improve staff management and the quality of service! Good evening.

30/10/2025: BEWARE of "too good to go" croissants⚠️ Yesterday, October 29, in the afternoon I purchased a bag for €4.99 (worth €15) and was quite dissatisfied. Besides the drastic change in attitude from the staff when I explained I was there to pick up the bag and not to buy, the variety was practically zero: I received 6 croissants. I have nothing to complain about, however, regarding the packaging and the empty croissants, which I found to be good and of decent quality. However, I find myself having to make a complaint here too, since the two chocolate croissants (two different types of creams, one of which I suspect was egg-based) had a filling so hard and/or acidic that they were inedible. It took me a while to figure out what flavor it was and that it was supposed to be chocolate, and I had to throw them away, even though I was disappointed given the app's anti-food waste policy. I realize fresh products can't be guaranteed, and that's fine, but those weren't even from the day before, or even the day before that... I'm explaining what happened because I'm in the midst of food poisoning and I'm hoping the situation doesn't worsen so I don't have to go to the emergency room. I hope the staff can intervene to prevent more people from getting sick, but in the meantime, I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE PURCHASING TOO GOOD TO GO FROM THIS BAKERY.

16/11/2025: We had lunch here with friends and had a great time. The first courses were delicious, and the second courses were also good, with some details that could be improved, but we were still very satisfied. The menu is interesting, traditional, but with an original twist. Congratulations, we'll be back soon.

15/11/2025: The dishes were all excellent and plentiful. The setting was splendid, with the brick and stone building, a classic of old Tuscan homes. We had lunch in what was once the stables. The waiters were very attentive and respectful. The price was fair.

15/11/2025: Two friends and I chose this place, actually a bit randomly. It was a really nice surprise: a variety of sandwiches to suit all tastes, quite good; friendly service; an American atmosphere dedicated to the biker scene. Average prices.

27/10/2025: We went to Unic Biker & Pub Hamburger & Grill in Vanzago on October 23rd to celebrate a special occasion with some friends, and we had a great time. The food was really good; the burgers and dishes were excellent. The real plus, however, were the two ladies who served us: super professional, friendly, patient, and always smiling. They made the evening even more enjoyable. Good value: my friends and I paid €450 (including food and drinks... they eat and drink like there's no tomorrow 😅), but it was absolutely worth it! Four hours of laughter and toasts. A truly memorable evening. Highly recommended if you want to eat well and spend time with friends without stress. I'll definitely be back... but next time, we'll pay separately!

06/11/2025: Thank you for an amazing evening. Our server was very kind, witty and helpful. The wines and cocktails (sgroppino <3) he recommended were incredible and the meat was cooked to perfection! We really enjoyed the Tiramisu and the Carbonara too. Thank you!

23/09/2025: We were only there for dinner because our apartment was a two-minute walk away. The starter was already really good, and the main course topped it off. Very tasty food. The service staff spoke a little German, which was absolutely sufficient. We'd be happy to go back 😀

12/09/2025: There's room for improvement. We had dinner on a Saturday night, and perhaps we didn't make the best choice for the day of the week. The place was super crowded and clearly in a rush. We sat down and had to wait over 20 minutes just to order, and on top of that, we had to call the waiter ourselves! The service was young, but still not very cheerful. Overall, the dishes were good.

06/10/2025: In the province of LECCO, but you'll feel like you're in SICILY thanks to this elegant and welcoming restaurant, with dark wooden beamed ceilings and ceramic, fabric, and other typical Sicilian artwork. The wooden walls are lined with niches filled with bottles of wine, grappa, liqueurs, and bitters from various regions, and there's also a delightful fireplace. Celebrating a birthday with the family in this restaurant was a delight, both for the palate and the eyes. The service was attentive, fast, and courteous, with dishes from an excellent menu featuring high-quality delicacies served on traditional ceramic plates. The restaurant is accessed through a main door, and a small garden leads to the restaurant entrance. Ample parking is available. The restaurant is open for lunch and reservations are required! GO THERE....you'll be satisfied!

29/10/2025: Excellent experience, very nice and well-kept place. Friendly staff, fast service. The pizza was really good and the prices are fair. They range from classic pizzas at normal prices to more specialty options at slightly higher prices. A wide variety, however. The idea of ​​the DOC calzone (half pizza, half calzone) is a nice one. The dough is light and easy to digest, with generous toppings! You can tell they use quality ingredients.

16/10/2025: Last night we ate pizza at this place, and my whole family was truly impressed. They offer a wide variety of gourmet pizzas on the menu, with extremely reasonable prices considering the quality and abundance of toppings. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

08/10/2025: Excellent pizza. Personally, I ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses, but the cured meats weren't particularly good. The only cheese they had was Emmental. I would have expected some Sicilian cheeses...

30/08/2025: I've been going to this pastry shop for years, my father and grandfather came before me... so the quality of the product is unquestionable. They even helped me with a cake problem I caused... Perfect!

14/08/2025: Excellent quality very kind staff I ordered a cake for 14 people the day before for the morning of the next day I took the order and the cake was very fresh thank you!!! The guests complimented me. Nobody made me the cake with little warning but they did without any problem 🙂 …

13/11/2025: It was a strange environment for food, the vegetables were nicely grilled, the liver was salty but good, the arrosticini were okay. The Trippa was very oily.. the Trippa alla Romana is way better without a doubt. They told us that their Trippa had spices inside but we didnt taste nothing, had very ‘average’ taste. They don’t serve wine which is very strange. The funniest thing is that they charge for the tap water 2.50€. Insane!! Do the customers need to pay for tap lukewarm water that has pipe taste?! At least, advise the customers that is tap otherwise you could offer bottled water, right? Some people need to learn customer service… - this comment goes to the owner and not to the lovely girl she served us.

07/11/2025: Small restaurant serving typical local dishes. The owner is very friendly and approachable. Excellent burrata, delicious meatballs, and even the mutton arrosticini, but the pici al cintasenese with wild fennel are out of this world! 5 STARS WELL-DESERVED

17/11/2025: Delivers on what you expect, very nice place, nice atmosphere, good food. Service though is very much below par and disappointing. We had to ask three times to have a good table (we were hosting a client) to start with, while there was an alternative table available, then very difficult to grab the waiters attention and we had to wait 20 minutes to get the bill (while several waiters passed by our table without looking at us) and eventually had to ask to someone who was not a waiter and who had to send us a waited to get the bill. A bit of an embarrassing moment in the end
