I'll start by saying I've shopped at this bakery countless times, ordering cakes and buffets for several parties, and have always been incredibly satisfied, promoting it to several of my friends each time. Yesterday, after a while of not being there—for various reasons, especially because I don't live nearby—I stopped by and picked up a nice tray of mini pastries, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The pastries were dry, the rum babas were dry, and other mini pastries had dry bases. So I wonder, what's changed? It used to be the best bakery in the area! The quality-price ratio was unmatched. I hope yesterday was just a bad day.

Without a doubt, the best pastry shop in Rome. The products are always fresh, and the staff is renowned for their exceptional courtesy. Special mention goes to the cakes: masterfully crafted, they are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to taste. Highly recommended.
