16/08/2025: We had a wonderful culinary experience: carefully prepared, beautifully presented dishes with just the right combination of flavors, truly balanced and enjoyable. The service was excellent, attentive but never intrusive. Special thanks to Monica, who assisted us with professionalism, kindness, and incredible availability, making our dinner even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

01/08/2025: I had an overall unpleasant experience at this hotel for several reasons: 1. The room windows were not soundproof, and I was consistently woken up around 7:00 AM due to external noise. There was ongoing disturbance from tree cutting, which significantly disrupted the comfort and tranquility of my stay. 2. Some members of the concierge team tended to overcomplicate matters instead of resolving them efficiently. On several occasions, my requests were completely ignored over the phone. 3. I encountered rude behavior, particularly from the Front Desk Manager, who showed little professionalism or follow-through on her own suggestions. 4. Guests are not allowed to use an iron or ironing board in the room, which is highly inconvenient. Clothes must be sent to the laundry at an additional cost. When I did so, my items were returned with significant delay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

30/08/2025: We were looking for a seafood restaurant open on Saturdays for lunch, and finally we found it! I have to say we ate very well: good and plentiful starters and excellent desserts. I give the highest score to the service; attentive and cheerful! A rare commodity in Vasto and the surrounding area! Well done!

28/08/2025: The starters are good, but nothing exceptional. The pasta dishes are way too raw, well beyond "al dente" and tasteless, just cooked and seasoned without re-frying the pasta in the pan with the seasoning. A bit expensive for a tasteless pasta dish!!!! The desserts at home, like everywhere else, are just tiramisu, otherwise industrial desserts.

27/08/2025: If you want someone to tell you fairy tales, go here... "The squid comes from Iceland and is frozen at the same temperatures as when they're caught"!!! For a fresh seafood dinner, there are plenty of other places in Nettuno!!!

03/09/2025: The restaurant is elegant, but a bit 1980s-esque. Still, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent food, but it's a shame they don't make fregola di mare.

A place where the ancient flavors of Maremma cuisine are blended with great wine, and where kind people offer excellent advice on dishes that don't need it. Giorgio is a great host, smiling from the moment we first arrived until we said goodbye. Solina is a place where family traditions, companionship, a quiet life, and the rest of the traveler are celebrated. Thank you all, especially for your hospitality.

23/08/2025: The appetizer was truly exceptional. First courses, I must say, were nothing exceptional, but good, even though the meat was tough because it was cooked badly. We love meat, and it had been a long time since we'd found something so tough.

06/09/2025: Well, what can I say... So much! Eating meat here is a must. There's so much to choose from, and it's all excellent quality. From chops, sausages, steaks, appetizers... You should try everything because everything is truly delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is fast. The price is perfect. We ate meat and paid about 20 euros per person. It's definitely worth it. Go there.
