We had two first courses. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and ravioli, handmade pasta with herbs. I have to say it was excellent, and the ravioli were among the best I've ever eaten.

I'm a motorcycle traveler. I arrived by chance to rest after a grueling road trip (the rooms were magnificent), and I discovered the restaurant... thank you Paolo for your warm welcome, great team at the restaurant, superb wines (I'm staying here, I'm allowed 😂), and exquisite cuisine to savor. A restaurant in a typical Mantuan courtyard nestled in the countryside just minutes from the city. Excellent cuisine, featuring excellent cured meats and cheeses, as well as meat and traditional Mantuan specialties. Special desserts and an interesting and reasonably priced wine list. A great experience!

Highly recommended. It's located in a country courtyard. There are also outdoor tables. The interior is very well-maintained. Parking is convenient and inside the courtyard. But let's move on to the menu: excellent. I usually order off-menu items, and last night the tagliatelle with chanterelles and pancetta and the culatello with mustard and Grana Padano crisps were excellent. There's a wide selection of wines and very good wine cellars. You wouldn't expect some labels considering this is an "osteria." Overall, it's once again an excellent choice for an evening with friends or as a couple. Great attention to quality food. Courteous staff in a rustic yet fresh and elegant setting. The average price for two courses and coffee, considering a wine portion of €13 per person (e.g., a €26 bottle for two) plus water, comes to around €50 per person.
