I didn't stay overnight so I didn't see the rooms, but judging by the whole building, they are definitely beautiful 🙃

Not very large but welcoming, with a remarkable view of the surrounding area and the Pozze lake below. The staff and food are excellent.

We had lunch here after a nice 6 kms walk on snow. A young lady who spoke English was very courteous and helpful. Great value prosecco in carafe of which we drank two 0,5 liters. I had the salsicia with polenta and my wife had the beetroot dumplings. Good value & great service. Recommended.

We only used the restaurant service. The building looks very nice from the outside; I think it was renovated fairly recently. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, however, the dining area isn't very well-kept; we noticed stains on the tablecloth and some dust. The decor/furnishings are a bit disorganized. But the real problem is the quality of the food: acceptable but not exceptional. My tortelli were very dry, and the lasagna was also a bit dry and flavorless. I understand they're focusing much more on the hotel side of things, but with a little more effort, it could become excellent in every way. The prices are quite reasonable for the area.

30/03/2026: A truly positive experience. A business trip, and one of the very few restaurants open in Rovereto on a Monday evening. We booked and parked in the lot in front of the entrance (not large, but adequate... and there's also the option of parking on the street before the entrance). We were greeted warmly and always with a smile. Personally, I preferred a risotto, my passion, with a nice platter nearby. The atmosphere is bright but warm, and there's no disturbing noise. Strong points: Hospitality and service. Weak points: Could have added a little more to the first course (especially the gnocchi). Highly recommended if you're in the area. Definitely worth returning.
