30/09/2025: The restaurant, located in a beautiful panoramic position, is somewhat difficult to reach due to both the lack of signage and the final stretch of steep, unpaved road. Access from the parking lot below is a bit neglected due to overgrown weeds, but the interior and terrace are well-maintained. Two menus are offered for €45, excluding service, water, and soft drinks. The dishes are pleasant, except for a few that seem a bit disjointed. I point out to the waitress that my main course is missing porcini mushrooms, listed on the menu as a side dish. She tells me that the chef apologizes for forgetting them, but he won't bring them, since I haven't eaten dessert yet. Nor is there any sign of thoughtfulness on the bill apologizing for the omission. For family reasons, I often frequent restaurants in Emilia and Tuscany, where they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, unlike in our area, where one often feels almost tolerated.
In conclusion, a decent experience, but I wouldn't go back.

We had a very romantic evening, thanks in part to the thoughtful touches of the staff.
We were offered a small heart-shaped cake and a glass of sweet white wine.
The meal was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
On this occasion, we were given a bottle of white wine from the restaurant's cellar.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

08/10/2025: I dined at "La Rasiga Bormio" with my girlfriend, opting for the full tasting menu. Generous portions (we struggled to get to the last course), impeccable service (young, attentive, and knowledgeable waiters), and a delightful, rustic, and welcoming location. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who want to try traditional Valtellina cuisine and try more of the local specialties!

18/10/2025: Hi! It's my first time here, the wait times are good, the guys really fly among the thousands of customers, BUT they always smile despite the tiredness; they're really overworked!
The pizza is delicious, the beer is cold, and the water in a carafe is great too!
(They also have gluten-free pizza, if anyone's interested!)

13/11/2025: I got a bonus on the website (you can see it in the attached photo), and decided to go for a proper dinner instead of my usual quick snack. These meatballs turned out surprisingly delicious — the sauce is thick and aromatic, and the meat is tender.

17/11/2025: Among the most typical and beautiful taverns in Vicenza, where you can eat really well both typical local dishes: bigoli with arna, cod, rice etc etc and the meat. Since the manager is of South American origins (Ecuador), they make the cuts of meat with being in Aegentina. Highly recommended.

29/09/2025: I've been going to Ristorante Il Centro for many years, just like my grandparents did. The staff is always fantastic and ready to help with any needs, and the food is consistently excellent, from meat to fish. Their signature dish is the Piedmontese-style fritto misto, always impeccable, with the addition of snails and mushrooms (in season).
A fair price for generous portions, not to mention the "old" dessert trolley, a feast for the eyes.
