16/04/2026: Excellent experience. Fabulous spaghetti with cacio e pepe Spaghetti cooked perfectly al dente and served with a sublime sauce, both bold and delicate...a creamy cacio e pepe sauce that left me speechless. Spaghetti Bolognese, in its simplicity, was perfect, always with spaghetti al dente and an impeccably seasoned ragù. The staff were professional, polite, and friendly, ready to serve you with professionalism. I hope to return, even though I'm from Sicily.

20/02/2026: I highly recommend We found them by chance (not being local). They were very kind and handled the stress professionally, having asked for the possibility of having something in a very short time frame of 30 minutes! Next time, I'll try the other items on the menu. The quality and technique are truly excellent.
