The best sushi restaurant in Macerata. The place is super elegant and the sushi is truly delicious, and the dishes change frequently. The staff is extremely kind and helpful; whenever I'm craving sushi, they're always there for me.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, as we were in the area to visit the Fiastra Abbey. The place wasn't too crowded, and the staff was quick and helpful. We opted for the "all you can eat" option; the number of dishes and variety on the menu was average. My wife isn't a fan of raw food, so we opted for the cooked option, and we were both satisfied with the quality of the ingredients; everything was very good. If we're ever in the area again, it will be a must-visit.

I'd thought about dining at this restaurant several times, and this time I decided to. It was an excellent choice; I found the place very charming, clean, and bright, with a decent amount of privacy between tables. Despite being almost full, the service was very fast. The dishes were presented simply yet elegantly, and the food was delicious and very fresh. I appreciated the slightly smaller portions, which allow you to sample multiple dishes, and the minimal amount of sauces used, which really brings out the true flavor of the fresh produce. The selection is vast. Overall, a top rating, and I'll be coming back more often.

Very elegant atmosphere, very kind staff and excellent quality sushi

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sushi. The fish was incredibly fresh, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the presentation was worthy of a true Japanese restaurant. A little slice of Japan in the city!
