An excellent pastry shop in the heart of Cerbaia. The window display is always full of delicious treats, but above all, the magnificent freshly baked pastries filled with a wide variety of flavors are the perfect backdrop to this delicious café... the skill and kindness of the staff is the icing on the cake! If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Amazing pastries, wide selection, great prices (mignone are around €1 each), and the staff are friendly and quick. My husband and I recently moved to the area and we go here 3 times a week. It’s one of the highlights of living here for us! The tiramisu is my favorite, and the mignon chantilly is his favorite. If we never move back to the US it’s because we couldn’t part from this place. We ❤️ Bar Pimpina!

22/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic! I came to try a schiaccata fiorentina and I wasn't disappointed! I was looking for somewhere reasonably priced and I was pleasantly surprised to find, in this very touristy city, a whole schiaccata, very generously filled (honestly, I wasn't hungry anymore after the first half) and for "only" €7.30 (which is a very reasonable price compared to the average). A great experience that didn't disappoint!
21/04/2026: It was delicious, I especially loved the stracciatella pizza with caramelized onions. The waiter was great.

11/04/2026: The best restaurant in Firenze! We visited it two times in a row because the experience was truly special. The food was delicious, high-quality and definitely captures the real Italian spirit. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, friendly and professional. We ordered a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes which were all excellent. The atmosphere is lively and not too loud so you can still have a normal conversation. We recommend it to everyone!
09/04/2026: The calamari was the best I have ever had! I also had these puffy bread gnocchi and it was practically melt in the mouth! I would 100% go again!!
