11/10/2025: Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza with a thick crust, and a fairly wide and unique selection. The wait can be a bit longer if it's crowded because the place is quite large, but overall it's worth it, especially considering the reasonable prices.
11/10/2025: Positive: Excellent pizza, soft and easy to digest, quality ingredients with delicious and original combinations. We had an eggplant parmigiana and an escarole. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Negative: Excessively noisy, tables very close together, diners increasingly speaking louder to communicate, 50-minute wait, too long for any restaurant.
It feels like an industrial factory, not suitable for a relaxing evening.

06/11/2025: We visited the place on a Sunday evening. There was a free seat. The service was fast and polite. The pizza was tasty, but the dough is not made from wheat.

22/10/2025: Business dinner. Positive first impression. Simple, spartan place. We ordered two veal steaks. Inedible!! The meat was incredibly tough. The owner came to see why we hadn't eaten them. We told her the veal was inedible. She offered to remake the dish, saying, "This is on me, it doesn't go on the bill." But in my opinion, we shouldn't have paid for the two steaks!!! I don't recommend it!!
15/10/2025: An interesting, quaint place with rustic, down-to-earth cuisine. If you like hearty food, this is the place for you. I found the prices a bit excessive for the simplicity of the dishes.

The swordfish carpaccio, paired with salad greens, fresh fennel, and pink grapefruit, was exquisite — the peppercorns added a delightful burst of flavor with each bite.
The main course, Millefoglie di Cecina, a refined tower of codfish layered with chickpeas, spinach, and a velvety purple cabbage purée, proved to be another remarkable surprise
The beef tenderloin, paired with foie gras, created a perfect harmony of flavors on the palate

30/10/2025: Pricey but worth it if you enjoy truly creative and professional chefs and service.
23/10/2025: Truthfully this place has gone way too hard on deconstructed foods, it felt very performative for very little culinary innovation or taste benefit. Everything was almost too salty too. Italy does such a good job with simple home style dishes, I would absolutely recommend to just eat local cuisine over paying +500 euro here.

05/11/2025: The staff are welcoming and courteous, and their professionalism is remarkable. The dishes are well thought out and excellent. I personally enjoyed the roasted octopus with potatoes and exceptional mayonnaise; the lemon tart was incredibly soft and not at all heavy. I highly recommend it.

My boyfriend chose the Terra Menu and I chose the Il Pazzo di Canavese Menu: both were excellent. I also had the opportunity to try his menu, and I will definitely be back to order it all for myself!
The staff was extremely kind and attentive, I felt truly welcomed.
I'm delighted and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent gastronomic experience.

26/09/2025: A spectacular dinner... Excellent quality, carefully prepared dishes, explained by the waitresses and paired with a different wine for each course. Thanks to sommelier Linda for recommending quality wines and to the chef for the dishes.
