Innovation based on solid tradition. Sui generis restaurant with fixed menu that changes every week. We had an evening full of pleasant surprises, among which the "cremino" of breaded and fried carbonara (super), very well done gazpacho, tortellini, sweet fillet stand out. For each course a choice of three wines by the glass well introduced by impeccable service, a touch too formal. Overall very, very good.

Very nice place and high quality dishes combined with an excellent choice of paired wines. Professional dining room staff who are very attentive to customer needs, the culinary experience begins with their detailed presentation of the various courses. Very good!

Locale elegante e molto curato con vini (anche di grandissimo pregio) a vista ed un meraviglioso tavolo al centro sala. Servizio ineccepibile e tempistiche medio lunghe per scelta (non per chi ha fretta); qui si degusta ... Lo chef propone settimanalmente un menù diverso da abbinare con tre diversi vini, un antipasto, un primo, un secondo ed un dolce. Piatti gourmet davvero eccellenti e vini ottimi fanno di quesro locale una chicca assoluta anche per la particolare formula adottata. A fine serata lo chef si è fermato fino a tardi con noi e con delle (fantastiche) vivacissime ragazze a noi vicine di tavolo per scherzare, bere (ancora) offrendoci gli ultimi dolci rimasti in cucina. Serata divertentissima e piacevolissima (anche per merito delle ragazze vicine di tavolo) da ripetere con frequenza da qui in avanti... Concludo dicendo che lo chef (anche proprietario se il vino non mi ha fatto capire fischi per fiaschi (di vino)), ragazzo molto giovane e graditissimo alle femminucce, si prodiga davvero molto per offrire un ottimo servizio al miglior prezzo possibile. Grande .... Chef!

I don't usually write reviews but I truly believe that this place is worthy of note and has the right to have a lot of visibility!.. We cannot talk about a simple dinner...but about a real 360 degree experience...all your senses will be stimulated! Everything simply sublime...food, service, atmosphere.
