I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. The first one a few years ago I ate much better. Nothing to say about the service. But this time the quality of the food was not up to the price paid. Not good risotto The starter was almost non-existent, the portion was so small, and the second course was the same I'm sorry but disappointed this time

Thank you so much for teaching me how to grow and cook Radicchio. I am very happy that I was able to travel a whole day from Japan to visit your company. I grow radicchio in the city of Sendai, Japan. The products are sold to restaurants through the market. There are few restaurants that actually use radicchio, so I would like to spread the knowledge and experience I have learned this time to my fellow farmers, market workers and restaurant chefs. Thank you also for introducing us to specialized books on Radicchio. After returning to Japan, I will purchase an introductory book.
