Of course, if it's Sunday and it's Italy, then pizza is the order of the day, the basic Margherita pizza is also very good, my all-time favorite is Quattro Formaggio. Along with it, a large portion of local mineral water, which is brought out with the local restaurant's logo, is very creative. You can pay with cash and credit card at the end of the meal. Older ladies bring the food, so if there are a lot of people, you have to wait patiently for the food. Important! The restaurant closes at 2 pm for the siesta, so you have to hurry with lunch. 07/09/2025: My girlfriend and I went for lunch. It's a very welcoming place, easy to reach by walking from Pian della Sussistenza in both summer and winter, or by taking the cable car from Molino! We had an appetizer, a first course, and a dessert. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

03/11/2025: I went at the end of January for a birthday. It was a terrible experience. We took a really long time to receive our order. The cocktails arrived in batches, and while everyone was waiting for theirs to toast the birthday boy, the first ones to receive them drank it watered down. That evening, they only had one food option: erbazzone. Finally, while leaving, a glass was accidentally broken and was billed for €5. I don't know what was worse, but billing a glass is definitely a questionable decision. The atmosphere was nice. I'd also add that disparaging a customer, accusing them of being a liar, and so on, only proves their limitations. I agree with everything I mentioned in the review. My profile has plenty of positive reviews.

A welcoming, modern place with attention to detail, with friendly and passionate service. I chose the "Pink" pizza and it was a revelation: a very light and crispy dough on the outside, soft and airy on the inside – simply perfect! The combination of basil and lemon cream, stracciatella cheese, Adriatic pink shrimp tartare, and chia seeds is unique: fresh, balanced, and surprising with every bite. You can taste that every ingredient here is carefully chosen – high-quality extra virgin olive oil, local products, great attention to seasonality. A contemporary yet profoundly Italian pizza, made with love and technique. Congratulations to the whole team 👏 I'll definitely be back – one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted in Italy! 🇮🇹🍕

14/10/2025: Planning a visit to Pisa to refresh my memory, my son and I had searched for and booked a restaurant specifically "off-the-beaten-path," and Offish really impressed us. Excellent choice, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and the waitress was kind and friendly. The risotto of the day was delicate and perfectly cooked. My son had the tuna nuggets, which he loved, as was the octopus burger. My fried fish was excellent and not greasy, and to finish, a warm, express chestnut tart with custard was mouth-watering! Fair prices considering the quality. Compliments to the chef!

02/11/2025: Super classic, traditional local menu. Impeccable, and it's no coincidence that it's packed on Sunday lunchtime. Efficient service and fair prices, neither too high nor too low. It's hard to ask for more.

17/10/2025: A very crowded place, not suitable for a quiet dinner or lunch. The wait is acceptable, the service a bit chaotic and sluggish. The food is decent; the tagliatelle are good, but the grilled meat is less so. Overall, so-so; I wouldn't return.
