It is a pity. Stunning environment and inviting menu selection, unfortunately the service is not up to the target the restaurant is intended to address. We found the paper napkins in bad taste, the dishes were served when there was no diner at the table and they were not presented.

I was in Como loc Sagnino on Saturday evening with Amici al devilacquasanta and we were immediately struck by the entrance and the kindness of the staff.
We opted for the rare Fiorentina, and for the octopus with stracciatella....
Very beautiful dish to look at, perfectly cooked octopus and truly exciting stracciatella, fresh and tasty from the Jemma dairy in Battipaglia.
Damn this emerging Chef Nicola Ostinelli always surprises me...
We will return to the excellent cellar, drank the perfect frozen Ferrari Rose...

We choose a land and water appetizer, sweet raw, award-winning Zizzona di Battipaglia
Dairy, and marinated trout.
All excellent then four portions of Pappardelle with Gran Boar Ragù...
I therefore choose in honor of the most iconic dish of the
Tuscany, a Tignanello from 2000, Antinori quenched the thirst of the Popes over the centuries, and for my 59th birthday I don't want to leave anything unturned...

I think it would be a good fight between me and Nicola, however the Chef knows himself and puts a Gourmet specialty on the plate which in case of Sadness
allows you to quickly recover your smile.
Wine is then an excellent travel companion, you understand the Popes...

Located near the border with Switzerland, in renovated old stables, the location is simply splendid. The refined and excellent quality food is served with care by the always courteous staff.

Stunning location, welcoming, warm and refined.
Food: we had a tasting menu. All very good except the second; the meat was really rubbery unfortunately you couldn't divide it in your mouth, like a butt. The first ones were a little too abundant and we had to have them left over so we could eat the rest too, but still good.
Service: 3 stars because the waiters were kind to us.. 0 stars because in a restaurant like this, but really nowhere, it is neither nice nor normal to hear waiters swearing while complaining about a customer.

Esperienza meravigliosa. Personale gentile, servizio veloce e attento. Ho cenato un giovedì sera previa prenotazione.
Abbiamo preso le pappardelle al ragù di Chianina e un altro primo con ragù di anatra. Ho trovato le pappardelle saporite e particolari. Anche i secondi non ci hanno deluso. Porzioni abbondanti. Costi in linea con i ristoranti di questa fascia. Locale bellissimo.

Delightful setting with excellent food and an interesting wine list. The only downside was the service we received was slow and uneven. Interestingly, it seemed that other tables received a better experience. We will try this establishment again and hope for a more even experience. Perhaps the server and kitchen were understaffed that evening.
