⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and even more! This is one of those restaurants that is remembered for a long time. The owner's idea to create an institution where, for a fixed price, guests are served a variety of original fish and seafood dishes throughout the evening deserves sincere respect. Each serving is a small surprise that arouses curiosity and a desire to wait for the next dish. It was a pleasure to meet the chef. You feel that he does not just cook, but puts his soul into his dishes. Unusual combinations of flavors, for example, sushi with strawberries, are surprising at first, but after the first bite you understand how well thought out and harmonious it is. You can see talent, courage and love for their work. I would like to separately mention all the wonderful waiters. They are very friendly, attentive and sincerely interested in ensuring that guests enjoy the evening. This is the kind of service that creates an atmosphere that makes you want to return to. Thank you to the owner I met for such a wonderful concept, the chef for his true gastronomic creativity, and the entire team for the warm welcome. This is a place I want to recommend to friends and definitely come back again. And I will definitely do it very soon 🤗

I once again congratulate the staff, the food, and the courtesy of this place. Last night I celebrated my birthday and tried the pizzas for the first time. I had already come for the fish, which is excellent and fresh. The pizza is truly excellent; I had a great time, as did my family and friends.

We found this place by chance, opting for the €25 fixed menu that includes fish appetizers, a first course, water, wine, coffee, and a cover charge. What can I say? The food was delicious, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and welcoming. I absolutely recommend it. If we were to return to Favara or Agrigento in general, I would definitely return.

We were especially served throughout the evening by Giuseppe (if I'm not mistaken), who undoubtedly contributed to making the evening perfect. He's knowledgeable, extremely kind, and above all professional, and truly passionate about his craft. The dishes and entrees were, for the most part, remarkable both in taste and appearance, delicious and beautiful to look at. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality. It was also pleasant to hear the history of this place, from a sandwich shop for years and years to a well-established restaurant. His determination, passion, and love for cooking were evident in the dishes. Highly recommended.
