02/09/2025: Koreans, do you know the server? It seems like a lot of people go there after reading reviews, but don't go. If you really want to go, call and ask if that server is still there. As soon as we got there, we were sent to a corner, not a nice space, whether intentionally or not. After that, two more groups of Asians came in. The server, who was a decent size and had blond hair, was extremely rude. She'd tap anything she put down on the table, and when she was clearing something away, she'd move it without saying a word. When I asked for a second chair because there was no place to put my bag, she clicked her tongue right in front of me. She also didn't even state my order or my requests, but she repeatedly walked away mid-sentence. I don't know if this is just how it is, but I ordered a steak, but I didn't ask how I wanted it, and it came out almost blue-rare, just cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. I got angry and asked another server if they don't usually ask for it, and the blond server suddenly started slurring in Italian and aggressively told me to just ask if I wanted it cooked higher. After that, my expression turned sour, so he suddenly became friendly and offered me a free Coke while keeping an eye on me. When I was paying, the tip screen popped up on the POS, and I quickly pressed 0, which was hilarious. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. I'm usually the type to let things slide, but this place really ruined my mood after paying a lot of money. There were quite a few reviews complaining about racism, but I regret not seeing that and leaving. I hope others don't regret it. I hope restaurants as a whole reflect on their behavior. Racism in the 21st century, lol. It was the worst restaurant I've ever been. The service was disgraceful and the steak was awful. Also, if you're Asian, you'll experience the worst racism at a high price😁

28/08/2025: After visiting the Greek temples in Agrigento, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. A truly luxurious restaurant in the middle of the countryside. It was possibly the best meal of my entire stay in Sicily. A true delight; everything we ordered was delicious. Without a doubt, I had one of the best pastas with tomato sauce I've ever eaten here—a spectacle. The waiters were professionals who treated us like royalty (shout out to my Venezuelan friend, he's outstanding). A must-see.

27/08/2025: Wow! What can I say about this magnificent place... first of all it definitely deserves the 5⭐️ We stumbled upon it by chance and what a discovery! The food pairings are perfectly chosen, the waiters are extraordinary, from the welcome to the departure. And of course the view is just magnificent. We will be back!

23/08/2025: A historic restaurant in the center of Rozzano. In a spacious and clean space, you can choose takeout or dine in. Good Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food is served. The staff is friendly and fast. Wheelchair accessible. Nearby parking. Recommended by a longtime customer.

20/08/2025: I can't say much, since I only ordered takeout, but based on my experience, they deserve 5 stars. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted kindly by the staff. I didn't wait long, and the dishes I ordered were very good, better than other Chinese restaurants I've tried. The dishes are sealed, so there's no risk of spilling food or getting them dirty. This is a plus compared to other places. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. Recommended.

22/08/2025: The risotto "col pontèl" is among the best you'll find in the province. The service is friendly, welcoming, and quick. The atmosphere is excellent.

27/07/2025: I spent a pleasant evening with a group of friends who, like me, appreciated the setting, the excellent food, and the atmosphere, which is also evident thanks to the simple but attentive service. Furthermore, any uneaten food is given in a tray for those who want it. A gesture that also respects waste and the environment. THANK YOU for everything.

Il proprietario si distingue per il suo orientamento al cliente: sempre presente, attento e disponibile, riesce a far sentire ogni ospite accolto e a proprio agio. La cucina è eccellente, con piatti curati nei dettagli e ingredienti di prima qualità. La selezione di vini è raffinata e ben pensata, perfetta per accompagnare ogni portata. Il personale è altamente professionale, ma allo stesso tempo cordiale e amichevole, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera rilassata e conviviale. Un luogo dove tornare, certi di essere coccolati a ogni visita.

10/08/2025: I'm writing about my experience. I called to reserve a table for two, and they accommodated my request, as it was a holiday, and I'm grateful. The service was fast and impeccable, and the outdoor setting was very welcoming and clean, with a truly magnificent view of the lake. Food: I ordered two pizzas. The quality of the ingredients exceeded my expectations, but finding a pizza so thin, like tissue paper, ruined all my good judgment. This was probably due to customer requests, because in the past there have been a lot of leftovers, or to encourage people to order another course; only the restaurant knows the truth. I found myself having to go home and cook food because I was still hungry. Price: It's average for the area, but according to Google Maps, it can't be cheap for €1, and the photos don't reflect the reality. I'm writing about my experience and not to criticize or devalue the restaurant, especially because it has so many qualities and top-notch efficiency!

26/08/2025: Il Marchese di Tropea is an intimate, elegant, and romantic restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately captivates. There's little to say about the food: it's truly excellent and absolutely worth a visit. The fish is incredibly fresh and carefully cooked, and every dish is a delight. My only complaint is the truffle, which had a bit too much cocoa, making it a bit difficult to enjoy, but overall, the experience was spectacular. The staff is friendly, personable, and very professional, always ready to make guests feel at ease. A special mention goes to the owner: a genuine and passionate person, attentive to every detail and capable of conveying even more value to this place with his story. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation: it's truly worth it. I hope to return soon.

11/08/2025: If you're coming, I recommend the outdoor terrace. You can enjoy the Duomo and the moonlit night view at the same time. The course is beautiful and healthy. A little French flair is welcome.

The passionate and generous owner immediately created a friendly and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is simply exceptional: each dish exudes the freshness of the ingredients, respect for Italian traditions, and the chef's innovative talent. The flavors are balanced, delicate, and delicious, with meticulous presentation. The service is impeccable, attentive without being overbearing, and the place is full of charm, just like the Italy we dream of discovering. A huge thank you for this moment of sharing and culinary pleasure. We leave with light hearts and amazed taste buds! A must-see in Florence for all lovers of good food and wonderful encounters.

28/08/2025: We were seated immediately and given water, but that was the only positive part of the experience. We then waited over 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. When someone finally arrived, there was no welcome, no explanation of the menu—just a curt “give us your order.” We asked about drinks and were told the sommelier would come by, but after another 15 minutes no one ever showed up. At that point, we gave up. In total, we sat from 8:45 to 9:20 and had nothing but water. Meanwhile, every other table seemed to have 3–4 staff attending to them, which made us feel completely ignored and unwelcome. When we explained we were leaving, the response was dismissive and full of attitude. We’ve dined at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy, and the service has been outstanding everywhere else. Here, it was the worst experience of our trip. Honestly, the pizza place across the street that we settled on was far more welcoming and ultimately enjoyable.

28/08/2025: From the moment we arrived, the experience was confusing and unwelcoming. The restaurant doors were locked with no instructions on how to enter, and there was nobody at the reception area to greet us. We were seated right away once we got inside and given water, but oddly, it was placed on a side table out of reach, leaving us to get up and refill our own glasses since nobody came back to do it for us. After that, we sat for more than 20 minutes without anyone approaching us. I tried to make eye contact several times and couldn’t even meet eyes with a single employee. When a server finally did come over, there was no warmth or hospitality, just a blunt “give us your order.” We asked about drinks and were told they take your food order first at this restaurant, which was weird considering the table next to us had wine and food menus when we sat down. We were told by the server that a sommelier would come by after placing the food order, but no one ever did. Instead, another staff member dropped off a few breadsticks after 30+ minutes with no drinks or food, with no acknowledgment of the missing drink order, curtly told me to move my menu out of his way. I explained it was still there because I hadn’t been able to order a drink, but he couldn’t have cared less. The entire interaction felt dismissive and rude. All the while, other tables had multiple staff members hovering over them, making the lack of attention to us even more glaring. When we finally decided to leave, the staff’s response was apathetic at best, and again, delivered with attitude. We’ve visited several Michelin restaurants across Italy, and the service has always been extraordinary. This, however, was the worst dining experience of our trip. For a restaurant with such a reputation, the indifference and rudeness were shocking. In the end, the casual pizza place across the street treated us far better and was infinitely more enjoyable.

23/08/2025: I stopped for lunch and started with an excellent charcuterie board, followed by strangozzi with black truffle, a truly delicious first course with well-balanced flavors. To finish, on the staff's recommendation, I tried a ricotta mousse with acacia honey and a sprinkling of truffle: a real surprise, so good I could have eaten a whole tub! The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful waitresses. The price was fair, considering the use of premium ingredients like truffles and a good wine. If I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely be back!

20/08/2025: I just finished dinner at Taverna del Boscaiolo...what can I say, totally approved and recommended! The cappellacci alla norcina were sublime, the lentils with herb oil were truly delicious, and finally, a ricotta mousse with honey and truffle was the icing on the cake. The food was excellent (try the grilled sausages too...if I came back, I'd definitely order them!), the staff were truly friendly, and the service was very fast. Recommended!

27/08/2025: Excellent stay in this renovated former monastery. A unique location away from the main tourist routes, located 15 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Spacious room with plenty of space to work on your belongings, comfortable bed, 2 towels provided, clean bathrooms. Hearty breakfast. It was perfect. I will return on my next visit to Venice.

26/08/2025: The rooms are spacious, no tv. It used to be a old monetary and you can appreciate the arquitecture of that era. Is a great place to be relax.

27/07/2025: A casual place that offers quality service. Excellent beers, including local ones, with a wide selection. Truly perfect food, simple but very tasty. Vegetarian options are also available, making it more inclusive. Highly recommended.
