A decent and cozy place to enjoy your meal with fresh and tasteful ingredients. It opens from 12:00 to 14:30 and 19:00 to 22:30 beside Tuesday and Sunday evening. It had one of the best red wines i've ever tasted. The stuff was very professional and polite. Many places in Bologna have very good food but Hostarian San Carlino is, at least, one step above of traditional Italian ciusine. Prices are very reasonable and a little pomodoro treat at the beginning makes you feel most welcomed. Don't miss it.

It's not the first time I've been there for dinner. And this time too, I had a very good meal. Tagliatelle with chicken livers and pork shank. Then I asked for advice on what to serve with dessert, and that's where the host's expertise really came into play... I won't say more.
