In the small village of Ginestra Fiorentina, halfway between San Vincenzo a Torri and Montelupo F.no, Genius gelato is worth a stop not only in the summer but year-round. This shop is located at the intersection of the town's main street and the road leading up to Carcheri (Lastra a Signa), and has a small parking lot right in front, complete with a garden. The gelato is excellent, with a wide variety of flavors, some of which are hard to replicate at other gelato shops. It's just the right amount of creaminess and not too sugary. If you're a gelato lover, a stop is a must. I'd love to read your review.

A super atmospheric place with ice cream and gluten-free diet awareness. The ice cream is delicious, with a variety of cones to choose from, and the signature Genius logo is delicious. There's ample parking for cars and a small park where you can enjoy your ice cream.

Excellent artisanal ice cream, perhaps the best I've ever eaten, the fig and pine nut flavours are recommended, but also the fruit, you can really taste the flavour of each flavour, after 5pm lots of people stop to enjoy the excellent ice cream, well done!

14/02/2026: Review for the hotel bar at the Saint Regis the grand bar our server was Neri. We stopped by the Grand Bar at the St. Regis for drinks and it’s a beautiful, elegant space — a really lovely spot for an after-dinner cocktail. The bartender, Neri, was fabulous, and made us feel very welcome and special. The complimentary savory snacks served with our drinks were a nice touch. The Negroni was tasty. And my champagne was bubbly and perfectly chilled. There was also a delightful piano player who was excellent. His music added a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful place to sit, unwind, and enjoy a drink. One of the best hotel bar experiences we have experienced. Bravo!

17/04/2026: We had lunch here today. It was probably the best meal we had during our trip to Italy. We were very pleased with the prices. Don't hesitate to visit this trattoria if you're in the area.
11/04/2026: What can I say now as a family but today you really outdid yourselves the baptism of our nephew you organized it in an excellent way professionalism courtesy and as always eating super super good special steak but above all you are truly always attentive and professional in everything a thank you goes to our super chef gimmy unique ♥️ definitely highly recommended place thanks guys you are the best 💯♥️
