While visiting Trieste, we wanted to eat at a good steakhouse.
We weren't disappointed: Alessandro greeted us from the start, showing us to our table and helping us choose our wines. Vlad then guided us through the selection of appetizers and main courses. Egzon served us the main courses and, most importantly, the after-dinner drinks. The result: a wonderful evening with experts who are passionate about their work. The quality of the ingredients and the cooking were perfect. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful and wonderful place nestled in the city, with a simple yet evocative sign design. Inside, the atmosphere is soft, elegant, and meticulously curated, with soft lighting that creates a very romantic feel. Huge praise goes to the staff, who were kind, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the meal. Their expertise in explaining the dishes is, of course, included. As for the dishes, I couldn't give more sincere compliments, because it was a true culinary experience in the world of meat! An experience worth having at least once in your life, as they use very unique and intriguing cuts and their provenance. Definitely worth returning!

What an absolute delight to have had dinner at this restaurant. The service was great, the food was absolutely fabulous - creative and made from top quality products.. the duck and quail starters were a bomb of flavour. Great choice of wine.

I had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant very recently and I must say I was truly surprised and satisfied. The restaurant serves truly interesting meats, tasty and cooked just right. Furthermore, the service was impeccable, young and friendly. The place was particularly quiet, with soft lighting that created a pleasant atmosphere in which to sit. The price is completely justified by the excellent service, carefully selected meats and expertly prepared.

It's not just nourishment...it's an experience capable of stimulating all the senses thanks to the attention to detail, the staff's attentiveness, the quality of the food (all of it), and the flavor combinations. Obviously, the highlight is the meat, but it would be a mistake to overlook the other dishes, expertly and passionately described by the wait staff...and I strongly advise you to let yourself be guided. When things are made with passion and heart, you can see and feel them...it's not just a restaurant...it's a way to treat yourself and the people you care about. Naturally, all this comes at a price, certainly commensurate...needless to say, I'll be back!

The dinner and atmosphere was excellent. A very interesting place, if you are a meat lover. Marius made a great contribution. We will visit this restaurant again on our next visit to Trieste.

I was with my girlfriend for an anniversary dinner. A nice place for a special occasion. The food was excellent and the service was even better. And Marius contributed to all of that with his smile and kindness. I will definitely visit this wonderful restaurant again

A truly heavenly evening. The service was attentive and excellent, the ambiance stylish and very tastefully decorated. A culinary experience to remember: I've never before tried so many different kinds of meat in one evening – all perfectly prepared, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. My wife and I were thrilled. Highly recommended.
