03/08/2025: I was looking forward to dinner at Veranda and called to book in advance. Unfortunately when I arrived, there was a lot of confusion about my reservation. The security guard wasn’t welcoming or helpful, and instead of being seated at Veranda as I booked, I was sent to the Grill (which is a completely different place, with a different atmosphere and view). No one explained this clearly on the phone when I called, if I knew I got reservation for completely different restaurant I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here, as on Saturday evening every nice place is booked so it all left me hungry and disappointed, in such high-end places the communication and attitude towards guests (even ones who only come for restaurant) is MUCH better.

02/08/2025: Living on your past reputation. Overpriced. How can you sell a Deluxe Suite without a stall shower? Rooms and baths need a refreshing.

02/07/2025: Always eaten well, good service and a very very nice environment, but there is one thing I have never liked, the portions. Really too too small, both first courses, second courses, and desserts, especially compared to the price requested. So often even if I had a good time I preferred other places. I always recommend it willingly and I hope for a small change of direction for the future. Good luck and well done anyway

24/07/2025: It's always a pleasure to come and eat at Mariano's. I've been to this restaurant many times, and each time I've been amazed by a new dish, a new flavor, a new way of working with simple, traditional, and delicious ingredients. The menu isn't overly extensive, but every dish is worth trying. The cod, in particular, in its many variations, undoubtedly holds a special place. The ambiance is meticulously crafted, with old souvenirs hanging on the walls that contribute to the restaurant's familiar, yet not overly homey, feel: the cuisine remains meticulously prepared. The bread basket surprisingly deserves special mention. Although it's a relatively minor element, the variety of crispy, flavorful breads, breadsticks, and "plain" bread I found at Mariano's has convinced me, after my first visit, to return again and again to this little gem of Venetian cuisine.

09/06/2025: There is nothing to say about this place, it goes beyond. The customer is carried in the palm of a hand by all the staff, as well as welcomed and guided with delicacy and professionalism. A fine menu, quality/price ratio above all expectations and an elegant location that does not make you feel uncomfortable. In the Michelin guide for several years, but it has nothing less than many starred.

Thanks to the team and the kitchen ❤️❤️❤️❤️

10/08/2025: Ci tenevo a creare un posto su questa "locanda", perché qui ho trovato il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo di tutta l'isola. Il locale è in un vicolo non lontano dalla posta principale. In verità, abbiamo dovuto attendere le 20.30, che, per i francesi, risulta essere un po' tardi per vedere aprire la porta di un ristorante. Mi avevano raccomandato questo ristorante come il più economico di Nuoro, e così è stato. La pasta è fresca; si tratta veramente di una cucina che, al giorno d'oggi, a meno di 15 euro, non se ne trovano più. E questa trattoria ha un successo pazzesco.

05/08/2025: Eravamo stati già qualche anno fa alla Locanda e ricordavamo di avere mangiato ottimamente L'esperienza di oggi ha confermato questo ricordo: piatti curati con materie prime di ottima qualità, servizio rapidissimo fornito con grande gentilezza ed attenzione. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo Se ritorneremo a Nuoro il pranzo alla Locanda sarà una tappa obbligata!

14/07/2025: Siamo venuti esclusivamente per mangiare diversi tagli di carne. Il locale si presenta molto bene, moderno e curaro, personale gentile ed attento. Eravamo in tre e abbiamo ordinato tre tipologie e tagli di carne diversi sapendo che la produzione è interna. Delusione totale: ragnetto di bell’aspetto ma posso gustoso, costata neutra a livello di gusto con sapore estremamente tenue, controfiletto mediocre di bell’aspetto ma senza alcuna intensità gustativa. Considerando che si vantano di essere i professionisti della carne il livello è molto basso. Qualsiasi trattoria locale con il bracere la cucina meglio. Carta dei vini interessante con bellissima vetrina. Caffè imbevibile, nemmeno nei peggiori bar dell’est europa! Grandi potenzialità ma poca concretezza.

08/07/2025: Ein Steakhaus der Extraklasse, wo man es nie erwartet hätte. Coole Einrichtung, exzellentes Fleisch (so was kriegt man wirklich selten) aus hauseigenem Betrieb. Aber auch ein evt. mitreisender Veganer findet etwas aus der sehr guten Küche. Dazu gute Weine. Der Service aufmerksam und flink. Die Preise sehr fair. Nicht zögern, lohnt sich!

16/08/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, where Walter, with his warmth, kindness, and professionalism, made us feel right at home. 10/10 and highly recommended. A year later, even though the management has changed, we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed quality food.

29/07/2025: Everything was perfect! My girlfriend and I came from Florence specifically for our first Michelin-starred experience. They welcomed us with a beautiful smile, and we ate truly deliciously. The service was impeccable, with friendly, smiles, and a beautiful, quiet atmosphere that allowed you to fully enjoy the experience. Eating at a table facing the kitchen allowed us to witness the impeccable work of the dining room and kitchen; it was truly a pleasure to watch them work so hard. At the end of the service, the chef came by to thank everyone. He stopped at our table to chat with us and was truly friendly. It was a lovely and interesting conversation, a fitting conclusion. 28/07/2025: A stunning location in every way. 5 stars aren't enough... We've been to this restaurant several times, both for dinner and brunch. What can I say? We can't get enough of them, because here you'll find an elegant, tranquil atmosphere, excellent service, and above all, very clean and attentive to every detail... Extraordinary staff and owners. Chef La Rossa and his super wife, Patrizia Top, are very helpful and attentive to their customers. They make you feel at home, welcomed and pampered at the same time. The dishes are truly excellent, high-end, and unmistakably high-quality... The menu varies seasonally, with dishes that reveal a great deal of thought and research into high-quality, delicious desserts with unrivaled flavor. Excellent value for money. As always, you leave the table with the intention of returning as soon as possible, everything is so delicious... In short, it's truly a restaurant with a guarantee, but no refunds because it's impossible to find a flaw... Try it and believe it... Congratulations to all of you, congratulations to the Chef...
