Small place with a few tables, managed by the owner who has EXCELLENT TASTE in music 🎶. The pizza is thin and seasoned enough. Super digestible and cooked just right. We came here thanks to the excellent reviews with which I fully agree. Super recommended if you like to eat excellent pizza.

At Flavio's pizza 🍕 excellent prepared in a thousand ways not to mention the cooked foods. From the lasagna to the delicious tripe to the fabulous cooked vegetables... I could go on... but I'll leave it to you to discover. In short, honest prices, very kind Flavio and Co.! Absolutely worth trying.😃

I can say with absolute certainty that it is the best pizza I have eaten. You won't find anything better within 100km or more. Flavio is a pizza artist. If you live in Bolsena or are on a tourist visit you absolutely must try it. Leavening 48 hours (high digestibility), abundant filling. Behind it is the work of a professional who loves what he does. Highly recommended!

Flavio's pizza is wonderful, the best in the area, made of quality and love for his work. Finally a place where the pizza with vegetables HAS VEGETABLES and not two crossed leaves; where the dough is not full of oil and where someone smiles at you while you wait.

01/04/2024: We ate well, we had the lombrichelli alla Viterbo, the lombrichelli all'amatriciana, the ravioli with mushrooms and speck accompanied by some good wine. Let's say that we were a little disappointed by the desserts in reference to the goodness of the first courses and their cost of 7 euros. Update 1 April 2024 took lombrichelli all'amatriciana, lombrichelli cheese and pepper with truffle, sausage, potato, chicory and artichoke side dishes and desserts.... all excellent... Recommended
