20/07/2025: Group Dinner The location is undoubtedly the restaurant's strong point: right on the waterfront, with a picturesque view and a thoughtful, atmospheric table setting. Unfortunately, however, the service wasn't up to par. We ordered a bowl of mixed fried fish, which was overall good, well-fried, and not overly greasy. Next, a mackerel pasta dish, which disappointed us: it was overly spicy, with very intense aromas (like turmeric or curry), not listed on the menu. I think this is an important detail to point out, given the unique flavors. The spaghetti with mussels, cherry tomatoes, and pecorino cheese, on the other hand, was lacking in flavor, dominated by tomato and with a cheesy aftertaste that didn't quite match the dish. The grilled octopus was good. As for desserts, we ordered three, but only two arrived. The final bill was decidedly high for the overall quality of the food. Furthermore, when I asked for a receipt due to the high price, they printed the total, making it impossible to verify the individual items for the dinner. In short: breathtaking views and a refined atmosphere, but an overall disappointing experience. A shame.

18/07/2025: We ate tonight, the setting is very pleasant we were lucky enough to eat on the seafront, the service as well as the food are excellent! I really recommend it's a very good address 😊!

10/06/2025: Lunch at this restaurant was a great experience 😊 While exploring some beautiful places a little further inland in Molise, and passing by here, we thought it would be a good idea to book a lunch at the Ristorante Cian dal 1976. We got to know it thanks to the show 4 Ristoranti by Alessandro Borghese, where they had won. The Maitre is a very knowledgeable person, attentive to the wishes of the guests and super prepared. The waiters are super, some even Sommeliers and Barmen, and they close a good part of the dishes in the room before serving them to complete the chef's composition. If you hear "La cucaracha" starting, it's because one of them will be preparing a delicious dessert 😎😂 The dishes are excellent, the raw materials are of great quality. Simple preparations but at the same time very tasty. The environment is very well-kept and welcoming. Parking space is easy to find in the adjacent streets of the town center. Very good value for money. If you are near Termoli do not miss this super place, I recommend booking. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything. See you soon!

15/05/2025: Historic restaurant with a high overall level where you can enjoy a perfect combination of the natural and remarkable talent of Chef Miriana combined with the perfect, hospitable and cultured management of her husband Mario, an impeccable maitre. The location is a gem of refined flavor.

25/07/2025: The atmosphere is quaint and tidy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the girls are all incredibly talented and kind. The food was excellent; we ordered a gricia and a tagliata. The meat was excellent quality and incredibly tender. Recommended for both tourists and locals!

24/07/2025: We ordered our steak medium well, but it was brought out almost raw. We had to keep flipping it ourselves, and unfortunately, the tray cooled down quickly, so it never cooked properly. This really affected our dining experience. All for $188 Euro not worth it

13/07/2025: Best pasta I had in Rome without a doubt!! The pasta was delicate and fresh, the ragu was flavourful. Very nice service as well. I probably wouldn’t sit outside again, it’s a tiny street and there are cars driving right in front of you, but indoors has a good vibe too.

13/07/2025: We had a great time..everything was good..we had booked for our wedding anniversary but the reservation had not been noted. The owner still found us a table for 5 and did everything to solve the problem. Thanks again to her for our evening.

17/06/2025: We visited 131 Alibi today with our 4-year-old daughter. Overall, it was an extraordinary pleasure. We enjoyed a 6-course meal and couldn't fault it at all. (See photos - unfortunately, the dessert is missing from the photos.) The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they also treated our daughter very well. Even the little one's wishes were fulfilled. By the way, we were able to arrive and depart by public bus, with the bus stop right outside the door. Perfect!

12/08/2025: Amazing restaurant- beautiful setting and a terrace with outstanding views. We were given a perfect table. Food is wonderful - on the posher side of the food we've eaten in Italy ie before ordering you're given an amuse-bouche, with twig-like grissini and a test tube of what seemed like flavoured tonic water! Rest of meal was amazing - steak was a standout as well as the Aubergine parmigiana. We were served by Sarah - English was great, went through the entire menu with us and was generally so helpful and friendly and therefore made the experience a very relaxed affair.

18/04/2025: I have been frequenting Birbacco for years and every visit is a special experience. The owner is a wonderful, kind and generous person, who makes every guest feel at home. The quality of the food is exceptional, both the meat and the pizza, with particular attention to healthy products, also ideal for those on a diet. The value for money is excellent, the service is fast and the staff is always courteous and attentive. It's my go-to for a safe, delicious dinner.
