05/11/2025: AVOID for poor service. Extremely Disappointing and DISCRIMINATORY Service I just had a very UPSETTING experience at Cantine Milano. Our waiter, ARAFAT was extremely unprofessional and made me feel completely disrespected throughout the meal. From the moment we sat down, he did not make eye contact with me, did not ask for my order directly, and spoke only to my partner. He was only tapping away in his tablet. He didn’t check on me once during the meal — it was as if I wasn’t even there. Everything to my partner. As an Asian woman, I couldn’t help but feel that I was being discriminated against, whether because of my RACE, my GENDER, or both. I tried to address this with Arafat and with the manager, but instead of listening, he was dismissive and actually walked away mid-conversation. I found this behaviour completely unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional. I’ve dined at many restaurants around the world, and I have never experienced such disrespectful service. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously, provides training on basic respect and cultural sensitivity, and ensures that no other guest has to go through something similar. Cantine Milano has a beautiful setting and great potential, but until they address such behavior, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Good way to ruin our 3rd Anniversary dinner, Arafat.

02/10/2025: We've traveled extensively in Italy, and this is the best gelato we've ever had! Delicious and creamy, and the flavors are incredible. Only natural ingredients are used. Everything is truly delicious! The fruit gelatos, like pineapple, strawberry, pistachio, and hazelnut, are magical. Worth a visit!

30/09/2025: We had a milkshake and ice cream. Both were truly exceptional quality and organic. They even had gluten-free waffles for those who need them.

30/09/2025: Really nice English speaking staff and for 10 euros I had 2 pastry’s, orange juice and an espresso. You can’t beat that. Great way to start off the day.

04/11/2025: A very pleasant experience. Exceptional food, friendly, and spontaneous. The dishes are refined and inviting, using quality ingredients to rediscover authentic flavors. The place is small, but this is also part of the spontaneous and genuine welcome. We'll definitely return. The prices are average and absolutely fair considering the quality of the food.

02/11/2025: La Botte Piccola is a little gem in the heart of Centocelle. I visited for the first time on a Friday evening. RESERVATIONS RECOMMEND. A simple and welcoming place, with a few seats inside and a dozen outside: an intimate atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The open kitchen is a pleasant surprise, exuding authenticity and allowing you to perceive the care with which the dishes are prepared. The menu is written on a blackboard and offers refined dishes. Every dish I tried was a pleasant discovery, carefully crafted and truly delicious. The service is friendly and welcoming: you can feel the owners' passion in every gesture, from the welcome to the presentation of the dishes. A place you'll gladly return to, to try all the dishes and feel a little at home. Highly recommended! 🍷🍝.

14/10/2025: Lunch with friends on vacation: we were greeted warmly, attentively, and found the food excellent. We went for the fried tuma cheese and the amazing anchovy meatballs! The pasta is excellent, made by a small local pasta factory. Busiate and black tagliatelle with the sauces of the day. Zibibbo wine. I recommend them to all foodies.

08/10/2025: A lovely, welcoming place with a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes I tried were truly tasty and well-crafted; you could sense the thoughtfulness in the pairings. The only downside was the overly intrusive nature of the restaurant owner, who was a bit too pushy during the meal, to the point of being annoying. With more discreet service, it would have been perfect.

23/10/2025: Much hyped, nothing extraordinary. Average food, noteworthy desserts. Would I leave home to go there specifically? No. Would I happen to be passing by during lunch and dinner hours? I might even stop by. Plus, it's not exactly cheap...

06/11/2025: Unfortunately, I couldn't find any photos of the food, but I can assure you that everything here is excellent! The dishes are delicious, fresh, and all homemade. The portions are truly generous! The staff is impeccable, very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to every need. We return whenever we can, and we've never been disappointed.
