Excellent wine selection, super friendly staff, awesome dishes across the board. We had the rack of cold cuts and cheeses, eggplant flan with provola cheese, white ragu and carbonara, and sashi rib steak. Steaks are served on a sizzling hot plate so order slightly more rare than you normally would. We did med-rare and it was perfect. Finished with the alcoholic digestive smoothie of forest fruits + limoncello which was delicious. Staff had amazing service and wine recommendations. Definitely make a reservation for dinner!

The food is delicious. We tried the white ragu pasta with truffles and it was delicious, and the meat with truffle fondue was spectacular. That was the star.
The DIY cannelloni was pretty average.

We went for dinner, a very delicious steak, accompanied by vegetables and potatoes. The food was delicious, and for dessert, the tiramisu was also delicious. If I had to find a fault… it would be that it was extremely noisy. We were sitting at the very back; the ceilings are vaulted and not very high, and the two tables next to us started talking very loudly, making it almost impossible to follow a conversation. But the service was great, and so was the food.

Locale carino, personale gentile e simpatico. Cibo di qualità ottimo! Abbiamo provato la tagliata di black angus con zucca e nocciole e tagliata con burro alle erbe, entrambi buonissimi e gustosi! Abbiamo provato le puntarelle che ci sono piaciute tantissimo e il carciofo alla Roma a buono. Per finire un sorprendente tiramisù (molto carina l’idea della moka e non aggiungo altro). Ci tornerei volentieri, super consigliato!!

Questo locale ubicato proprio nel cuore di Borgo Pio, è ben arredato in modo classico con una bellissima struttura interna ed un caratteristico soffitto a volte.
Tra tutti gli eccellenti antipasti crudi di carne, da non perdere la tartare di scottona con zabbaione salato e tartufo.
Altrettanto buonissimi per i primi, gli spaghetti alla gricia nella forma di pecorino romano o gli spaghetti alla carbonara tartufata.
Nella tradizione romana sono straordinare le polpette di scottona al sugo o il bollito alla picchiapò.
Da leccarsi baffi, per finire, è la torta ebraica.
I prezzi, considerata l'elevata qualità delle materie prime, sono molto onesti.
Il servizio veloce e molto professionale.
