13/10/2025: Update 2025: I made another trip to this restaurant this year after being so pleasantly surprised last year. This time, the restaurant was open as usual. I had the pasta with ragu again and a tiramisu for dessert. Both were delicious and plentiful! 2024: I arrived there after a strenuous bike ride and asked for something to eat. Even though it was a closed day (Wednesday), the owner offered to make me pasta with ragu. I found that very hospitable, and the food was plentiful and extremely good 👍. Definitely recommend it!

12/09/2025: A homey place, but with excellent service. The Salento menu is spectacular. Pureed fava beans, octopus, and horse meat terrine, along with cold cuts. This is what we ordered, but if I'd had enough, I would have happily tried other dishes. The only downside is that the outdoor tables are very close to a busy road. If I return to Lecce, I'll happily return and highly recommend it.

26/08/2025: Spectacular meat. Recommended, but only meat. We had the mixed antipasto, and the buffalo mozzarella was nothing special. However, the beef fillet was an experience I haven't had in a long time. 4 stars because we ordered two amaros and they charged us €8. We were hoping it would be free.

09/11/2025: Nice place to eat and drink with friends. Large portions. Friendly staff. Dogs allowed.

03/11/2025: The restaurant was recommended to us by acquaintances, we were very satisfied, first of all for the quality of the fish, which is very fresh, for the dishes offered with delicious combinations, for the plating, for the courtesy of the owner, who explained to us how the dishes were made, for the wonderfully good homemade desserts, for the very beautiful and characteristic place.

11/10/2025: I had the best fish soup of my life! And an incredible selection of first courses. Everything from appetizers to dessert was delicious, with excellent flavor and excellent quality. Everything was fantastic. I'll be back to try all the first courses!

14/09/2025: There are many ways to understand pizza. For me, there's only one, unequivocal one. Neapolitan pizza, with its own specific rules. A wood-fired oven, a certain type of dough and leavening, the use of fiordilatte or buffalo mozzarella. There are pizzas cooked in an electric oven, the super-soft Spontini ones with a sheet of questionable yet seductive melted cheese, the very thin Roman ones, the ones unmolded by the excellent Egyptian pizza makers, with the specific weight of plutonium. I eat them, but I'll never write a review, because they remain mediocre for lunch and never rise to the poetry of a meal. The pizza at this pizzeria is cooked in an electric oven, and that already affects its quality. An electric pizza must be either triangular or rectangular. Round is deceiving. When you taste it, you can't quite tell where this pizza is going. It seems like in some bites it wants to be crispy and Tuscan, and in others it wants to be softer. It seems to be having a bit of an identity crisis. But tourists probably won't pay much attention to nuances.

20/09/2025: There's not much to say...everything is fantastic! The staff and owner are very friendly and kind, the food is excellent, and the place is very welcoming. I recommend going to their restaurant, you'll leave feeling full and satisfied.

08/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal here at this restaurant. The young woman who served us was super nice, and we felt very comfortable. It was special, yet somehow homey. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We would come back anytime.

31/10/2025: Tasty and properly done food with even better wines. Modern Italian food in a cozy, clean and modern atmosphere. The service was very kind and paced perfectly. They also have a wine shop but I wish they would also have a wine bar!
