I'm rarely so impressed by the food, both in quality and quantity. I can't find anything to criticize about this place because everything was absolutely wonderful. From the soup, to spaghetti with clams, I even tried the sea urchins... We had dinner two nights in a row, four of us, trying different dishes... Each one better than the last. The spritz was excellent, as was the craft IPA... I hope to return to Venice to be able to return to this Hostaria... I just hope they don't lose quality over time because it was a wonderful experience that I'll want to try again. The prices are in line with the quality and service. Well done everyone! Absolutely highly recommended!

When we arrived at the restaurant at 8 PM, it was packed with slightly tipsy, chilly people. We came without a reservation, having just gotten off the plane with our large suitcases, and the owner kindly helped us store them. We got a table within ten minutes. We ordered a seafood platter and lobster pasta, which were delicious and reasonably priced; we were very satisfied. I highly recommend the freshly squeezed juice—it was so good, we drank several glasses! After dinner, the owner even kindly helped us call a taxi and kept an eye on its status for us. We'll definitely come back again!

I had a great experience; the food was really good and the prices were fair.
Even with a customer like me who drank a little too much and spilled all the water on the table, they were very kind!! 5 stars

Recommended by one of my clients, I arrived from TREVISO in this typical tavern which has a wealth of raw fish, grilled fish, typical Venetian meat and fish dishes, culinary delights, an excellent cellar and a vast selection of wines, and desserts. The place is divided into two rooms and a counter full of raw fish and Cecchetti cheeses and snacks to be consumed quickly. The staff is sincere, friendly and shrewd, quality.

Discovered thanks to a local colleague, this is a classic osteria, or rather, a bacaro, serving a wide variety of cicheti (typical Italian dishes), as well as first and second courses. Fish is the main focus, but meat is also available. Wine is plentiful, including some off-the-shelf varietals. It's best to book in advance, otherwise, what better way to end up having an ombra (a glass of wine) and a cicheto (a glass of wine) standing up?

I went to Hosteria Vite Rossa with my wife and our two little girls and we had a great time. The service was quick and the staff were incredibly friendly. The place is rustic and welcoming, and the food was excellent and plentiful. Highly recommended! 🥰🥰🥰

The seafood pasta and fried seafood platter had so much seafood it was unbelievable! Incredibly good value!
As a tourist, I saw the place packed with people on Friday, but I managed to book a table for dinner the next day.
