16/09/2025: We ate here 20 years ago on our first visit to this wonderful town so when returning we searched it out again. It's under new owners since our first visit but the place is still great. You need to sit outside on the vine covered patio, order some house wine and enjoy the delicious meal. Would highly recommend!

11/07/2025: Found this place by chance (luckily...). They offer quality Italian cuisine. The owner, a true Romagna native, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. Worth it.

06/07/2025: During the day, a delicatessen/fresh pasta shop specializing in the so-called "minestre romagnole" (the great classics: cappelletti, tagliatelle, strozzapreti and co.), and on weekends also open in the middle of the night in a hot food restaurant mode, with a small selection of first courses made on the spot, to satisfy those... night-time hunger pangs. Good homemade product at a fair price, with generous portions. One of the few establishments that serves food until 2 am, perhaps the only one that goes until 4 am. Courteous and friendly manager. Try it! Worth it.

29/10/2025: A wonderful place: We stopped for a (late) lunch after exploring Brixen. The food is prepared with love and is delicious – just like the drinks (the apple juice is great, the beer is excellent, and the ice cream is award-winning). There's a playground for children, and the owner delighted our kids with his magic tricks. We highly recommend Hubenbauer and had a lovely afternoon there!

21/10/2025: It's a very beautiful old building that has been newly renovated. Next door is the in-house brewery, which brews a variety of excellent beers. We went there for lunch with a group during the Törggelen (traditional German festive season). The food was good, but we had to wait a long time for both the drinks and the food, as I felt there were far too few staff for the number of guests. Furthermore, the waiters were unfriendly and very stressed. We wanted a second helping of the three-course Törggelen menu because it wasn't very extensive. We got one, but we were charged extra for the second helping when we paid.

20/10/2025: Adhoc walk in on a wet monday night in Florence. Warm welcome. Prosecco and limoncello on the house. Tasty gnocchi and truffle for main with glass of Chianti. Good value and serving staff were great.

The quality-price ratio is absolutely balanced for the level of cuisine and service. 31/10/2025: I may be a little biased due to my friendship with Giuseppe and his entire family, but I can assure you that both the dough (made at least 48 hours) and the mix of flours used are truly excellent. They digest quickly and well (no need to wake up early in the morning), the toppings are always fresh and high-quality (after all, nothing is left in the pantry for the sale they have) and, most importantly (the owner's pride and joy), they are affordable for everyone!

01/11/2025: A first-night memory on Lake Como: we walked to the restaurant, and the effort paid off. I savored a single dish that stood out as one of the best tastes I’ve ever had—the ravioli was extraordinary. This place feels like it deserves a Michelin star.
