A high-end restaurant that demonstrates the expertise and professionalism of the entire staff at every opportunity. We also chose it for the lunch following our son's First Communion. As expected, all our guests thoroughly enjoyed every course. A huge thank you to Barbara for her organization, from the aperitif to the table setting, all the way to dessert and the gift for the child. Compliments to Chef Tiziano and the entire kitchen staff, and a special thank you to the dining room staff for their professionalism and patience. A place where excellent quality fish reigns supreme. I would recommend all the dishes without too much fuss, given the quality of the ingredients. Perhaps during certain holidays, the service leaves something to be desired... but just imagine.

I've known this place for a long time. I've brought family, friends, and colleagues, and we've always been satisfied. Whether you're in the area or, like us, often visit Carole, don't waste your money on places in the historic center. They've all changed management. For years now, they've been run by unprofessional staff, with poor quality, catering to Nordic tourists, and, alas, inexperienced...unfortunately. Take a trip to Eden; the excellent quality, professional, friendly service make this historic place the best in the area. Try it, and like us, you'll definitely return. A special thanks to the young waitress, who is much more than just a waitress; her knowledge and courtesy have become rare. I speak as a staff manager. Well done 👍 💪

A 5-star restaurant, everything was sublime, from the reception to the service, to the courtesy and expertise of all the staff. The dishes, all fish-based, were served and explained impeccably. The quality is truly top-notch. My wife and I were there, and we had everything from appetizers to dessert, everything was magnificent. Truly excellent...my compliments to everyone!
