08/06/2025: Delicious wine shop that offers a variety of excellent wines, not to mention the fantastic Gin Aroma of its own production. You can't miss stopping by if you are passing through Tortona. Furthermore, the food proposals are excellent and of the highest quality. I will always and only return there when I happen to be in those parts again.

15/07/2025: The restaurant has a cafeteria-like atmosphere and is quite cold. The waitress isn't at all smiling and doesn't offer any recommendations for choosing a pizza. The dough is too thick, with just a little ham and a salad that's not great. We certainly didn't order the right pizzas.

03/06/2025: A wonderful little restaurant that has blossomed in the middle of the construction jungle. We immediately felt very welcome. The menu is small, but there is something for everyone, and the wine selection is also very select and suitable for every budget. And the desserts are absolutely amazing! Awesome.

Menu that satisfies any palate and maximum availability to respond to the guest's needs. Excellent food and very well presented. The same is true for desserts and presented in an artistic way. Correct price. We will be back.

29/07/2025: After several attempts (once it was our fault, other times it was always packed), we finally managed to spend an evening at Ammasciata. We'd heard good things about it and were eager to try it. Let's start by saying that we enjoy Neapolitan pizza every once in a while, but when we decide to try it, it has to be high-quality and well-made, and Ammasciata's pizza has all of that. It's clear there's commitment, research, and a desire to please the customer, and this is a credit to the owner and pizza chef Luca, who is passionate about his work. To think that only when we happen to eat in Naples do we seek out Neapolitan pizza. The service was good, and the bill was excellent. Keep up the good work. Returning after some time, I stand by my previous review. They remain top-notch.

14/07/2025: I had a pleasant evening with my family, starting with a pizza tasting. My choice was excellent (three onions on tuna), a perfect combination with a delicate flavor that perfectly balanced the salty and sweet notes of the caramelized onions. My wife opted for the classic (Margherita), which she thoroughly enjoyed. My daughter, on the other hand, chose the crocche' pizza, beautifully presented with two beautiful crocche' on top. The crocche' were delicious, but she was a bit critical of the spit, which was a bit salty. I paired my pizzas with a spectacular Paulaner on tap, while the women had water served elegantly in glasses. After the pizza, we sampled a selection of desserts, all excellent (warm chocolate tart, pistachio and black cherry mousse, and cheesecake). I ended the evening with some bitters, which met my requests. I also compliment the girls serving the tables for their kindness, and I compliment whoever created all this, offering something special for our beautiful village. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different from the usual classic pizzas and pizzerias.

02/08/2025: Five of us were here tonight and were very satisfied. The craft beers, pasta frittatas, and stuffed crocchettone were phenomenal. The pizzas have a very light dough and top-quality ingredients. The pastiera was also excellent. The only negative was the lemon delight, which unfortunately tasted only of cream (it can't be compared to the one at Sal de Riso!). The waiters were impeccable: smiling and professional. We'll definitely be back! 😊

09/08/2025: Everything was delicious! I was there in March 2025 with friends. I'll gladly return. I want to mention the kindness of the staff. I have one regret: there was an amazing lasagna that I didn't order. I regret it. Don't make the same mistake I did!

03/08/2025: Cena semplice ma piacevole .. , abbiamo cenato in due in questo localino senza pretese, ma davvero ben gestito. Atmosfera tranquilla, servizio cortese e piatti buoni. Conto onesto e giusto per quanto offerto. Consigliato per una serata rilassata e senza sorprese!

12/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale (trovato tramite il B&B dove alloggiamo) ieri sera a cena e che dire.... tutto squisito! Fave e cicoria una delizia, paccheri al datterino giallo e speck favolosi eppoi una puccia ripiena da urlo! Personale gentilissimo e attento al cliente. Trovandosi nei paraggi è una meta da consigliare sicuramente.
