This is one of my favorite restaurants in Turin. The food, location, and service are excellent. The terrace overlooking Superga is beautiful. The interior is a bit noisy when the place is full, but you can still chat if the other tables are cooperative. This time, in addition to the mixed appetizers (superb tartare and veal with tuna sauce), we had the pork shank and fried lamb. Excellent. The zabaglione, served hot and freshly whipped, is a must. Unfortunately, no photos; we were hungry and the deliciousness of the dishes distracted us.

After visiting the basilica, lunch at this restaurant is a must. The dishes are delicious, but the unforgettable fritto misto and zabaglione are especially noteworthy.

A classic trattoria "like it used to be," and you can tell by the longtime clientele who have been coming here for decades.
The service is friendly, professional, attentive, and not at all intrusive.
The food is exquisite! With just a few dishes, the care and attention is dedicated exclusively to the cuisine, which, judging by the menu, changes frequently based on seasonality and the availability of raw materials.
Praise be to the latter! You'll find traditional dishes that you often don't find in ordinary city-center trattorias (e.g., the mixed fried fish with lamb, sweetbreads, brains, frog, sausage, and artichokes, pictured).
The highlight was perhaps the hot zabaglione made to order, light and delicious, just like grandparents'.
A fried fish to share (€35), a stew, a mezzaluna, a quarter of wine, water, and dessert for a total of €91. I'd say it was impeccable value for money.

Sunday lunch... a pleasant discovery on the hill overlooking Superga. Everything was perfect, from the unexpected and unexpected welcome entree with prosecco to the rest of the menu with excellent dishes and super desserts, especially the zabaglione. The staff were all very kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back to try their fritto misto.

A place where you're immediately welcomed and put at ease. A restaurant where you won't find 300,000 dishes, but instead traditional Piedmontese dishes, prepared with care. This evening, they had something new for the first time: the maltagliati with hazelnut ragù. It was a delight, I won't say more, a must-try, believe me. The other courses are also excellent, including the Fassona beef stew. Dessert: zabaglione, the real zabaglione like our grandmothers used to make, worthy of an A+ and a kiss on the forehead.
