On the beautiful island of Ortigia, we had a very delicious and high-quality lunch. I ordered a Diavola pizza, and my husband chose a four-cheese pizza. As expected in Catania and the surrounding areas, the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The pizza dough was baked perfectly neither burnt nor undercooked, just right. It could have been even better with a bit more tomato sauce, so the tangy flavor would spread more evenly across the crust. As for my husband’s pizza, it was flawless. Honestly, I could easily give this meal a perfect score, but to be fair, there’s always room for improvement. So my rating is 4.5 out of 5.☺️❤️ The staff were very kind, polite, and highly professional.🙏❤️ One small note: if you’d like to leave a tip, it can only be given in cash and cannot be added to the bill. There is absolutely no obligation to tip just something to be aware of. Wishing you continued success and great quality🥰☺️

As far as pizza goes, absolutely top quality. In my opinion, the best Margherita in Ortigia. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Go there!
