18/07/2025: I don't usually leave reviews—and I regret not taking photos that would reflect the dishes—but here I felt an exception was warranted. I consider this trattoria the ideal place to enjoy a good meal before the hustle and bustle of life. It's one of those places where absolute silence reigns as soon as the dishes arrive, as you're captivated by the authentic goodness of the carefully assembled ingredients. An excellent introduction to those visiting the Bolognese Apennines for the first time, as well as the perfect stop for a dinner with friends and/or family. The authenticity of tradition and values passed down from generation to generation shines through in the rigorously hand-rolled dough, the portions that remain as generous as ever, and the flavors that are unfortunately found less and less frequently. It's truly difficult to find a dish that's poorly executed or out of place, so offering menu recommendations is difficult and perhaps even wrong; you always end up on your feet. The quality/price ratio, considering the quantity, is truly enviable these days. Honorable mention also goes to the staff: very friendly and, above all, attentive to all diners' needs, without ever being intrusive. There are several vegetarian options, which is not a given, and the desserts are excellent. I'd say it's definitely worth a try :)

06/08/2025: The location isn't the best, as it's next to a gas station. The restaurant is homey, the staff friendly, and the food amazing! Excellent value. We'll definitely be back, as Gubbio is a regular stop on our travels.

03/06/2025: A wonderful little restaurant that has blossomed in the middle of the construction jungle. We immediately felt very welcome. The menu is small, but there is something for everyone, and the wine selection is also very select and suitable for every budget. And the desserts are absolutely amazing! Awesome.

The pasta was rich and comforting, with sauce that clung to every bite like it was made for it. The pizza? Absolute perfection—crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, and topped with just the right balance of cheese and fresh ingredients. The space itself is cool and inviting, with a modern yet relaxed vibe. The service was friendly and efficient without trying too hard. You can tell this place is run by people who care about what they’re doing. If you’re in Catania, make this a must. It’s simple, honest food—but done at the highest level. I’m already dreaming about going back.

28/06/2025: Locale gradevole, personale molto garbato . Abbiamo pranzato alla carta e sono letteralmente impazzita per la tempura di pescatrice. In genere i piatti assaggiati sono stati tutti di nostro gradimento perché finalmente uno chef che ricerca il gusto nella semplicità. Un complimento speciale a Mattia il caposala.
