First time here, friendly staff, excellent welcome. While the place doesn't look like a farmhouse from the outside, it takes on a special charm inside. There are a few pizza options, good leavening, and no burnt flour residue on the bottom of the pizza. Adequate rating, although the place is designed for meat tasting, the pizza could be enhanced with local ingredients. The dessert is good.

Very good meat dinner. Very interesting all-you-can-meat option, but it's a shame they ran out of pork on the second go-round. But these things only happen where the food is good because the place is packed!

Very good food and nice atmosphere

I had dinner with my wife and daughter. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always available and prompt in responding to guests' requests. The owner was friendly and highly professional. Excellent food at affordable prices. We had a meat appetizer, a 900g horse rib eye steak, and a girth steak, all top quality. Very nice location, clean, and easy to get to. What can I say? We'll definitely be back, perhaps in the summer, given the option to eat outside. Congratulations to you all. 🔝🔝🔝

There are places you don't just go to eat, but to rediscover authenticity, warmth, and true conviviality. La Vecchia Fattoria is exactly that. Just a short distance from Cagliari, with a pleasant drive that immediately lets you leave the city behind, you find yourself immersed in a special environment: trees, greenery, the delicate scent of jasmine, and a rustic, warm, and authentically Sardinian atmosphere, without artifice. There were eight of us, including young people, adults, and seniors, and getting everyone to agree is no easy task. Here, they succeeded effortlessly. The staff were truly excellent: kind, attentive, professional, and with excellent knowledge of the dishes. Not the typical automated service, but people who truly guide you through your choices. The initial platter was memorable: excellent Sardinian cured meats, a smoked ricotta I still remember, and a genuinely artisanal head of pork. The snails in sauce were also excellent, perfectly balanced in spiciness, the culurgiones, the pizza the guys tried, and a cuisine that maintains consistent quality throughout. Meat: I chose a Simmental, shared with my partner, which was truly excellent. Excellent ingredients, precise cooking, and a very elegant detail: three different types of salt. The house wine was an incredible surprise: honestly, one of the best I've tried in recent memory. Excellent desserts: excellent seada and a fresh tiramisu, balanced and expertly made, without that artificially soggy effect that often ruins desserts. The owner's gesture of personally greeting customers at the beginning and end was also lovely. And finally, the bill: for the quality, service, and experience, it was truly excellent value. In short: if you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle, experience a peaceful atmosphere, eat authentic Sardinian cuisine made with love, quality, and intelligence, and feel welcomed as a guest, not just a number, La Vecchia Fattoria is definitely a place I recommend. It's one of those restaurants where you go for a meal with friends and return home with memories that will last a lifetime.

We had a delicious meal at this restaurant during our trip through Sardinia. When you drive up, you might think you are entering an industrial estate, but once inside the restaurant, you are immediately warmly welcomed and immediately get into the atmosphere. Very friendly staff, fast service, and a great atmosphere! Good value for money. We would go back in a heartbeat.
