We liked everything about the place! The design, the lovely attentive staff and exquisite food. The best vegan meal we had in two weeks in Italy. The lasagna was especially a favorite! The prices were good. Don’t miss if in the area.

Amazing vegan restaurant. We had dinner with starters (Mediterranean) and main courses (vegan tartare) with a dessert (apple pie). Everything was excellent, fast service, polite and kind waiters. I highly recommend!!

Pretty good food, perhaps a little messy, however the initiative to start a vegan restaurant in La Spezia is very commendable. Discreet service because after having called half an hour before with the assurance that "don't worry, we'll find a place", when I showed up they were a bit lukewarm and gave me a place a bit as if I were putting them in difficulty. Above all, however, 14 euros for a first course and 14 euros for a second course is just a little. But why become Milanese?? What greed.. 38 euros alone!

My mother and I decided to spend a weekend together in the Cinque Terre, staying in La Spezia. The first evening we discovered Origami and we never abandoned it for the following evenings! It was a regular stop to try their various delicious proposals. Among the appetizers, the Mediterranean platter is an explosion of flavors, delicious Falafel, hummus and focaccia. Among the second courses in the photo there is their fantastic seitan and the super crunchy breaded tofu. The icing on the cake, however, are their burgers with Redefine Meat, the 3D printed "meat" accompanied by perfect combinations... what can I say, the best burger I've ever eaten in my life! Furthermore, the location is suggestive and intimate, the staff is smiling, kind and always available. We will definitely return to this wonderful place that has become Origami for us! Thanks to the talented chef and the staff who made our dinners a real experience!

Nice food and ambience. Happy to find vegan option in la Spezia. We had a good moment there!

My husband and I ate here last night (June 21, 2024) and were lucky enough to get a table (we arrived at 7pm without a reservation and it got very busy just after we arrived!) and sat outside, which was lovely. Our waiter was so kind and so patient with our difficulty with Italian (although we try), as he spoke beautiful English. We ordered the bruschetta, which was quite delicious and unique! The pesto with asparagus, greens, and strawberries, was a delightful combination! We also got the lasagna, which was also unique and delicious and Scacio Pepe, which was so incredibly creamy and delicious!! If you get a chance while in La Spezia (maybe after walking Cinque Terre, as we did) do yourself a favor and go to this restaurant! Vegan or not!

Excellent vegan restaurant. Very friendly and efficient service. Eating there for the first time is a guarantee of returning.
