An excellent restaurant primarily specialized in sea food. Often contains dishes with the catch of the day, so always ask for the daily special. A very good and wide selection of wines. The staff was very kind and spoke excellent English and an excellent and clear list of allergens. Many gluten free and dairy free options. Can get busy, so it is advisable to book a table

A delight from start to finish. The welcome was very warm; the restaurant staff were incredibly kind, and some even spoke French. The spritz was authentic and reasonably priced (€6), reflecting Venetian tradition. The food was delicious. For dessert, the mascarpone ice cream with olive oil was a true culinary experience that I highly recommend, and the tiramisu della nonna was excellent.

We loved the specially made olive oil & balsamic! Our salad and pasta were both delicious. The sgorpino with lime and mint was very refreshing on a really hot day!

Dinner with friends from the Honeymoon crew, here for a regatta. They're Venetian, and it shows. The service is pleasantly sluggish: not super fast, but never too slow. They study you. When they realized we were "sincere," they also let up a bit. They work, not just lick your ass (you get the idea). The appetizer was traditional Venetian cicchetti, which deserved spending two hours there, glass in hand, eating them, like at a traditional sushi bar. First course: fresh, multicolored macaroni (risky cooking!) with a lovely fresh sauce of olives, swordfish tomatoes, and tuna, fresh and pleasant. The wines were good. Desserts were good, and a complimentary sgroppino (which I reserve judgment on, because I like it but didn't quite understand). I like them; they're local and live off tourists, but they maintain their own identity that makes you love them right away, if you know how to look. I recommend them if you don't act like a slob. I don't know the bill, I didn't pay.

The restaurant was recommended by the host where we stayed, and his recommendation was truly appreciated. The first courses were excellent, especially the paccheri, which were truly delicious. The grilled turbot, which we ordered as a main course and was not on the menu, was also excellent. Prices were average, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially considering the care they took with our little girl.

cool inside i dont like the la tradizione appetizer i liked the spaghetti vongole, great flavor i didnt like the lobster gnocchetti they brought out the ragu gnoochi at first by accident and i didnt like that either

This restaurant was recommended to us by a hip, young local and she was absolutely correct. This was good, clean food. If you are in the Arsenale/Castello area, do not miss this restaurant.
