Excellent. A rare culinary highlight in Venice. Of course, there were many tourists, as is the case everywhere in Venice. The restaurant was local, but not overly touristy. The service was very warm and attentive. Prices were reasonable, and the desserts were divine. I would gladly return on every visit to Venice!

Lovely spot, always looked busy and fully booked whenever I walked past. Reserved a table on the day just 30 mins before and snagged a table on the terrace. Lovely atmosphere. Had the tuna tartare and the pistachio / shrimp pasta which both were excellent.any wines by the glass, and I loved their recommendation. Not a laminated menu in sight. Would definitely recommend.

This was recommended by our hotel concierge and what a fantastic dinner! We had some incredible meals over 10 days in Italy, but this was in our top 2 for sure. The dishes were amazing and creative expressions of local cuisine. Service was excellent, and they made some great wine recommendations that actually fit the meal, not just the most expensive they had. Plus it's on a fantastic street with classic Venice feel, making it a great view and vibe as well. You can stop in down the street for an after dinner drink at a couple of other places as well.

We make a point to dine at Nevodi every time we’re in Venice, and it continues to deliver.
The food is consistently flavorful and well executed, with a menu that balances classic Venetian influences and thoughtful preparation. The setting is also a plus—both indoor and outdoor seating on a broad, lively street with nearby markets that give it a great local energy.
The standout for us has always been the rabbit and duck ragù with their house-made gnocchi—exceptional every time, rich and deeply satisfying. On this visit, we also tried several other pastas that were equally flavorful, along with the butter burger, which was a well-executed addition to the meal.
Desserts are fine, but not as good as the mains.
Nevodi has become a staple for us in Venice, and it’s one of those places we look forward to returning to each time we’re back.
Their take-a-way pizza restaurant just down the street is also quite good.

Hands down our favorite restaurant in Venice. Located in a locals neighborhood, this place was perfection from start to finish. The bread was the best we had in northern Italy, the scallops were the best we’ve ever eaten, and my pistachio pasta was unforgettable. My wife said the beef ravioli was the best she’s ever had.
Dessert was mascarpone gelato with olive oil and nuts, which sounds simple but was extraordinary. Warm, thoughtful service and a relaxed, local atmosphere. This is a must if you want to experience Venice beyond the crowds!
