An absolutely unforgettable experience. My boyfriend and I chose the 6-course tasting menu, and every dish was a true masterpiece. The flavors were sophisticated, perfectly balanced, and wonderfully surprising. Each course showcased an exceptional level of creativity, care, and attention to detail. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Every member of the staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their dedication to providing a flawless dining experience was evident in every interaction and every small detail. It is easy to understand why this restaurant has earned a Michelin star. This was our last meal in Taormina and my friend’s birthday- it was absolute perfection. Every course was beautifully presented and delicious, and the service was top notch. The restaurant is on a quieter street so it’s not a busy hustle all around and creates a nice quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend you put this at the top of your list!

Personalized Recommendations by a Wine Expert Not only are the servers incredibly friendly, but a wine expert (sommelier) personally visits your table to recommend wines that pair well with the dishes. The recommended pairing was truly "amazing," so if you enjoy wine, be sure to ask for a recommendation. 3. An Impressive Course Meal (Soup Highly Recommended!) While the entire course was excellent, the soup served first was particularly impressive—so much so that I would call it the best meal of the entire trip. 4.
