A wonderful combination of food and flavor. It's run by a married couple, one a photographer and the other a chef, and he's their pillar of support and foundation.
We tried the torto frita here for the first time, and it was amazing.

Recommended by a friend who often visits Parma! I can confirm that everything is delicious; you can tell from the kitchen that the pasta is fresh and handmade! I recommend booking as there are limited seats!

Strategically located in Parma's historic center, an excellent restaurant serving traditional cuisine made with passion.
We traveled to Parma for an important photography exhibition to visit after lunch.
Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were welcomed at "Rigoletto" in the truest sense of the word. It was also a bit late, so we chose the menu of the day.
Excellent: torta fritta with San Secondo shoulder, tortelli verdi, zabaglione mousse with melted chocolate, Lambrusco water, and coffee!
Wonderful! A symphony of flavors!
Good food, good price!
To top it all off, you can also admire the wonderful photos taken by the owners on the walls.

The place is small, with just a few tables, but well-maintained, allowing the owner to serve his customers in a delightful way.
The walls are decorated with photos of the owners: artists in photography as well as in the cuisine, and in the dishes we tasted.

It's difficult to say enough to fully express the quality of the food, the courtesy and professionalism of the owner chef, and the friendliness and empathy of her husband, who runs the dining room.
