13/10/2025: Great ingredients and responsive staff. Unfortunately my calzone was a little cold in the middle but everything else was excellent.

29/09/2025: We booked dinner with the smartbox. The food was good and well presented. The staff were friendly and they even offered us a digestive at the end.

03/11/2025: I ordered the large yogurt. Delicious yogurt, really good toppings, and I could add more without affecting the price. Kudos to the guy who served me; he was so kind and friendly, something you rarely find when you're served these days. Everything was exceptional, highly recommended!

18/10/2025: At 5 a.m., having an open place with such freshness in the products is something surprising, wonderful and revitalizing first thing in the morning. The homemade cream of the owner's mother, in the croissant is something out of this world.. As I told him, she has a place in heaven just for that. If she takes the cream, of course!!

19/09/2025: This agriturismo is meticulously maintained, both inside and out, maintaining its rustic atmosphere. The staff is exquisite, friendly, and efficient, always available despite the crowds. The first courses (tortelloni and mezzelune with fossa cheese) are delicious and plentiful, and the congilio and mixed side dishes are excellent. The signature piadinas are unusual. The desserts are excellent, and the selection of digestifs and tart samples is appreciated. The bill is reasonable, something you're not likely to find these days. The only downside is the excessive noise from the chatter at various tables, which is very annoying!

Today, our motorcycle ride, though packed with breathtaking views and spectacular nature, took a back seat... because we discovered a true gem: the Loreta restaurant! Nestled in the mountains, in the hamlet of San Giorgio in the municipality of Crognaleto (TE), it's certainly not a place you stumble upon by chance; you have to go there specifically, with the help of a GPS. It was supposed to be a quick lunch... as always, but thanks to Loreta's kindness and hospitality, we stayed in that little paradise for four hours! No menus, no orders: we simply sat down and let her guide us on a journey of authentic Abruzzo flavors, with countless delicious dishes, laughter, and jokes in dialect. All for the very reasonable price of 25 euros. And the best part? After a delicious meal, we left the table feeling light and happy—a sign of genuine products and lovingly prepared cuisine ❤️ 👉 Highly recommended to all our biker friends! Book in advance and visit Loreta... she'll give you an experience you won't forget! 🏔️🍷

20/09/2025: We arrived just before 10:00 PM without a reservation. Almost all the tables were occupied, but the super kind and attentive staff seated us in no time. The service was excellent, precise, and courteous. Good food. The location was very beautiful.

10/09/2025: Everything was very good, shame about the portions, really starving. It's pointless to charge €17 for fried calamari and serve half a portion. So to finish, good quality, small portions. PS: The owner was rude to our complaints, even a hair on the first course 🤷🏻‍♀️ Be the judge of this!

02/11/2025: At Borbonika, you immediately sense that behind everything lies one thing: a huge, genuine effort. You can tell this restaurant was created by someone who truly believed in it, step by step, starting from scratch. It's not a place built on a drawing board or designed by an architect: it's a living creature, made of hard work, dedication, and a lot of sweat. I watched the owner move between the dining room and the kitchen, training the waiters, overseeing the details, even managing the cash register. I saw the effort of someone who decided to make it on their own, in a city where running an à la carte restaurant with changing staff is one of the most difficult things in the world. Yet, despite it all, the staff's courtesy is impeccable—and that's thanks to them. It's the sign of a hand that educates, that teaches, that upholds the human quality of the service, not just that of the dishes. The cuisine aims for gourmet style, at times a little too much, but it's a conscious and courageous choice. Perhaps it could use a touch of simplicity, but it still offers a wide, carefully curated selection, with an excellent selection of wines and top-quality ingredients. Of course, the place isn't perfect—none is—but you can feel the heart, passion, and determination here. And for me, given the quality, price, and commitment, Borbonika fully deserves a recommendation. A restaurant that starts from the bottom, but looks up.

06/10/2025: It's fine for one night. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but poorly soundproofed. The elevator is very noisy. The restaurant offers a limited, touristy menu. However, the reception and restaurant staff are extremely courteous and helpful.
