It's always a pleasure to spend an evening at the Blue Note in the company of good music.

A historic Milanese venue, known throughout the world, just 400 meters from Piazzale Lagosta. A nice rotation of the lineup: jazz, soul, funk, blues, and more. You can find everything online, even without registering. Two shows per night; usually the second one is nicely priced. Tickets can be purchased at the door, but reservations are recommended (you'll also save a few bucks). A professional sound system and divinely calibrated acoustics. Drink prices are reasonable (again, you can find everything online), but the tables are a bit small and shared; so if you don't reserve a seat, you risk "disturbing" your dinner. The interaction with the artists is rewarding regardless, the atmosphere is pleasant, and everything sounds really good. The Blue Note should be recognized as the gold standard for all live music venues. Hope this was helpful. Final verdict: Excellent.

A lovely evening with excellent blues music. It's a shame that after dinner I had digestive problems, perhaps due to some ingredient that made me unwell.

Kudos to the artists and the entire wait staff, who did an impeccable job. I wish I'd felt like I was in America with my ears alone, not my palate: the ingredients were low-quality, and the chefs were terrible. The cuisine didn't live up to the spectacle.

Probably one of the most beautiful concert halls in Europe, with a carefully curated program featuring renowned musicians and the option to eat or not during the concerts. Afterwards, the artists sometimes come to sign autographs.
