What a lovely surprise!!! We went for lunch, drawn by the name, and...the experience was truly a positive one. The restaurant is located in the heart of Naples' Vomero district. From the outside, the entrance is fairly unassuming, but once inside, at the top of a short flight of stairs, you find yourself in two rooms with carefully crafted tables and furnishings. It's a case of "A world of taste and delicacies opens up..." The atmosphere is always quiet, even when crowded. The tables are well spaced so you can talk quietly. The waiters are always attentive and discreet in attending to our table. After the appetizers, try the pasta alla genovese and the spaghetti alla borbonika with clams in white sauce, both traditionally cooked. The bronze-drawn Gragnano pasta served tableside is delicious. For the main course, try the excellent fried calamari. A positive note is the proximity (no more than 50 meters) to a secure parking garage. All in all, a great experience that I recommend to anyone who's shopping and wants to spend a few hours enjoying traditional Neapolitan cuisine. We'll definitely be back.

Borbonika restaurant offers a unique culinary experience in the heart of Vomero. You'll be greeted with a variety of appetizers, complete with a glass of champagne. The atmosphere is romantic and relaxing, very refined, reflecting the sophistication of the delicate dishes prepared by the chef. He is always kind in greeting guests, ensuring they've enjoyed their evening. We'll gladly return often, for a romantic moment and to enjoy good food.

If I could put an infinite number of stars, I would do it without hesitation. My favorite place!

We had a great lunch, very creative, beautiful dishes surprising and delicious take on classic dishes and very good service.

We bumped into Borbonika only by chance. We have been nicely served and looked after by a very polite, knowledgeable and friendly staff member. She did not introduced herself (uncommon for the calibre of this type of restaurant). The menu was very exhaustive (probably too many dishes). Very explanatory in 2 languages. The staff welcomed us with interesting selection of breads and home sauces. Simply fantastic. The “presentation” was excellent alongside with the taste. We took salsiccia, pasta genovese, antipasto mare, scarole side, some french fries. Some water. The staff welcomed us with a nice prosecco and we took a glass of falanghina. I must say “well done” to the owner, the chef and all kitchen staff and the waiting staff. I am aware of what type of work and efforts are behind a restaurant business. In light of the above the price was very fair and not expensive at all. An important note for all customers: never forget to tip staff! They make a huge contribution to your experience.

Very chill and delicious good food. Fresh seafood and fully in house prepared desserts. Nice selection of amaros and grapas. We’re very accommodating and understanding of our dietary restrictions (annoying tourist trait, I know).
