Traditional dishes expertly and thoughtfully revisited by Chef Emanuele, who enhances and renews them with respect. That's it. When you celebrate the roots of our Neapolitan cuisine using top-quality ingredients and don't "revolutionize" it with reckless and risky reinterpretations...you achieve perfection. Everything is excellent. From the bread to the breadsticks, from the appetizer to the dessert. Everything is homemade. The staff is knowledgeable and multilingual, given the high number of tourists from all over the world. Definitely recommended.

I've been coming to this restaurant for several years. The quality and spirit that distinguishes it have never changed: excellent dishes (both traditional and innovative) and excellent ingredients.
The cuisine is refined without being overly sophisticated. The atmosphere is friendly. I'll keep coming back!

The food uses fresh ingredients and tastes really good. The portions are small, though. We sat in the uderground saloon, which has a simple decor but looks nice and clean. There were only a few customers, so it was really quiet and easy to talk, making the overall experience enjoyable.

I had lunch yesterday at Borbonika Restaurant with some dear friends.
Excellent food, well-revisited, prepared with taste and great attention to detail.
Friendly welcome with excellent customer service.
And if there were any small oversights, the waiter quickly remedied them.

Food was amazing and the restaurant is lovely but staff could learn how to smile and engage rather than being robots. Perhaps because we only spoke English?? Not sure.
