I hadn't been here in a while. I had the pizza of the month. Good and unique. My wife's pizza had inedible capocollo on it. Tough and dry (probably a tail), and the cherry tomatoes weren't seasoned. The other diners ate everything; perhaps the crust was more fragrant a while back, but today it's definitely a bit too heavy and chewy. I'll try it again.

Their neon slogan on the beautiful wooden wall at the entrance says it all, "We knead happiness." The place is modern, spacious, and meticulously crafted. The contrast between the warm wood of the counter and the paneling and the industrial-chic style of the writing and personalized boards with the names of the pizzas is beautiful. There's also a comfortable stool area and a well-stocked bar with draft beer. The atmosphere is truly welcoming and suitable for both a dinner with family and friends. The pizzas are a spectacle both visually and to the taste buds: a pronounced, well-aired crust, and a contemporary dough that promises excellent lightness. We tried a delicious version with an excellent white crust, enriched with Martina Franca capocollo petals and fresh yellow datterini tomatoes. The classic reinterpretation is also exceptional, with a generous cascade of whole peeled tomatoes/tomato strips, stringy mozzarella, and fresh basil. Impeccable oven cooking and above-average raw ingredients. Special attention is paid to intolerances and special doughs. The menu's inclusiveness deserves special mention: they offer a wide selection of highly digestible and gluten-free alternative doughs, such as the "Tritordeum" flour dough or the multigrain one (with small and justified surcharges clearly indicated on the menu). There's also a blackboard featuring the "Pizza of the Month" for those who always want to try new flavors. In short: Attentive service, a refined atmosphere, and exceptional, easy-to-digest pizzas.
