Amazing experience at Zio Giacomo! I tried the gluten-free pizza and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had. I chose the Nocciolina and was truly impressed: excellent combinations of ingredients, balanced flavors, and a delicious pizza. Light dough and quality ingredients. I absolutely recommend this pizzeria to everyone, especially those looking for a truly gluten-free pizza made properly. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent gluten-free pizza, the best

This pizzeria deserves top stars for the quality and deliciousness of its pizzas and appetizers. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, quickly getting your order to your table. The pizzas are amazing. Highly recommended. Update May 2026: I returned after two years to relive the excellent experience of the past, but unfortunately, something has changed. Five of us were seated at a table for four, the pizza was anything but extraordinary (and sparsely topped), and the staff was impatient and aloof. A real shame; I hope this is just a temporary issue. (The last two photos are from the evening in May 2026.)

We visited this pizzeria thanks to a voucher won as first prize during a charity burraco tournament, and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We started with some truly fantastic montanarine and fries, which won us over from the first bite. The pizza selection is vast, ranging from gourmet to more traditional, all made with top-quality ingredients. Beyond the excellent food, what makes "Zio Giacomo" special is the hospitality: the owner is a delightful, kind, and generous person, and the wait staff is extremely attentive and professional. I must also highlight the beautiful details inside: despite being a historic restaurant built many years ago, it looks so well-maintained it was built recently! Everything speaks of care: from the transparent windows that allow you to watch the pizza chefs at work, to the wooden walls, the clocks, the paintings, and even the cleanliness of the bathroom. An excellent experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent pizza, well-topped and easy to digest. Excellent ingredients. Good service, beautiful location in the Itria Valley, as is the restaurant. My suggestion is to go (and make a reservation) during the week. I'll definitely be back!
