04/11/2025: Simply the best! Impeccable welcome and service, exquisite food, and excellent beers! Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. I didn't have time to photograph the dishes because they were so good and I couldn't wait to try them! 🤣

21/10/2025: Friendly and professional staff, very good food, with a special focus on gluten-free options. There are few places that fry the fries in a separate pan, for example, and they do it without any problem!

26/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant with fantastic dishes, all focused on local and locally sourced produce. The house wine was also of excellent quality. Extremely friendly service and a beautiful, modern style in an agricultural setting. If you're near Ancona (for example, arriving by ferry), this is definitely recommended.

07/11/2025: Truly an excellent experience! The waiter was very kind, as was the chef. The food was delicious: I had the best pasta with venison ragù ever! Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the dessert. Highly recommended!

In 2025? Shocked. Let me start by saying that good manners are the foundation of everything, and if dogs or children are a nuisance, we should move or find a solution. I can assure you that our dogs are better behaved and cleaner than many humans (and I understand that not everyone is like that, and there are plenty of rude and incompetent people out there). That said, the fact that in 2025 there are still places that don't accept dogs is questionable, given that people now bring them everywhere because they're an integral part of the family. How many customers will you lose by doing this? Instead, give us a table where we're the least "nuisance" possible... I just can't stand certain things and find them senseless. Goodbye.

The only downside is getting there by car from the restaurant's parking lot. The small alleys of the village are chaotic, and if you have people who have trouble walking, it could be a problem. If it weren't for the parking and the fact that every time you call they tell you we're full, even months before Christmas, for example, I would have given it 5 stars!

03/11/2025: Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about, the welcome was excellent, even the dog received special attention. The spa and the view are incredible. However, the restaurant, Il Limonaia, doesn't live up to the hotel's standards. The quality of the dishes offered is lacking, and the prices don't reflect that. It's a real shame.

02/11/2025: Amaranto has become a favorite place for me. We return every summer, at least once during our vacation. This year they introduced vegan cured meats and cheese platters, and I must admit that the cheeses alone are worth the trip. The service is attentive and always friendly. The quality of the products is excellent. There may be some dishes that are less to my taste than others, but that happens everywhere.

06/11/2025: Located in the heart of Bari, the restaurant is welcoming and refined. We've been there several times, a few years ago, and we've returned, having always enjoyed the food. The menu is varied, focusing more on fish than meat, with beautifully presented and excellent quality dishes. For starters, we enjoyed: Seafood Gratin with Scented Bread, Vegetarian Compote, and Warm Octopus on Greek Salad. The first courses were also delicious: Paccheri with Cardoncelli Mushrooms, Truffles, and Shavings of Parmesan Cheese, Spaghetti Carbonara with Fresh Tuna Tartar, Spaghetti Chitarra with Blue Crab and Cherry Tomatoes. The second courses, based on fish, were equally delicious: Baked Monkfish Gratinated in the Oven and Seared Tuna with Soy Vegetables. To conclude the meal, a Mandarin Sorbet and Sporcamusi, kindly offered by the owner, Mr. Maria, as a birthday present for my brother-in-law, who blew out his candle with a fireworks display set to music. Excellent service. What else can I say? You'll just have to try it!
